This game had no business being as addictive and charming as it was! I was HOOKED. At first I thought the VA was going to be a gimmick, but oh boy, it really made me want to figure out the puzzle and know what would happen to those characters after knowing them for approx. 30 seconds. Well done!

Honestly one of the best submissions so far, love the concept and the polish of it, very well done sir!
One of the best presentations of a game in this jam.
Pros: Voice acting, atmosphere, and the early gameplay. This reached me as someone with OCD.
Cons: Later gameplay and the length of the puzzles.
Seriously, every time Claudia got back up, I got nervous that something would happen, like Claudia laughing evilly and making me start over from the beginning. "Quick... quick.. quick... go to sleep again, Claudia. I don't need any surprises." My anxiety went through the roof, despite the fact that I was supposed to be happy that Claudia was back. That was because the frequent "small detours" the devs gave felt cheap. But maybe that's just me. Overall, it's still one of the best games here.
Thanks so much for playing, and for the kind words!
That's interesting about the cheapness of the small detours, do you mean from a story point of view, like I pulled the rug too many times? I definitely have a tendency to use a gag too often so I can see how that would be annoying. I also wrote and recorded the majority of the story at like 10pm the night before submission so it may not be my best work, haha
Dude, did you deleted the two comments that, despite complimenting the game mentioned that it didnt fit the hide and seek theme?
Also I'm aware my hide and seek elements didn't come through as well as I'd planned, but the ghost/entity hides in the incorrect CPUs. If you corner it by completing most of a CPU bank it will rush to another, knocking out some of the CPUs on the way. And finishing the game gives it nowhere left to hide, which is how you flush it out into the open.
Didnt consider this time of game when i was brainstorming games! cool concept!
A really well done game, with lots of polish and a great story throughout! The process of putting in the cores is a bit slow to start with, and I almost gave up before the first upgrades happened, thinking that it would all be a manual process. Once they came through though, I found it very satisfying - my main criticism would be that the 'fun' unlocks came a bit late and I didn't have many cores left to try them out with.
All that said, I think this could be one of the best I've seen so far in terms of overall story, polish and take on the theme! Nice work!
I really love how this game feels with animations and sfx, but my brain is fried hahahaha. Very well executed, and the dialogue is awesome. 10/10
Holy jesus this was an amazing game. I may or may not have doubled the time it took me by it all by just letters first, both top and bottom, before realizing there was colors for me to worry about. And for some reason I thought the white blinking was the wrongly placed ones, so any white blinking ones I moved to make it red. The telekinesis also saved me because a CPU did get stuck under the ground. The sounds were really good too, the clicking sound was so satisfying. This was a really fun game, let alone for a game jam. And the bit about not knowing how to scope properly, I feel that way too much lol.

Loved this! I've been playing a lot of these clean em up style games lately, theyre just so relaxing. The puzzle layer made the experience even better. Appreciated the cheeky VO too. Thank you!
I really enjoyed playing this game. Probably sorted some CPUs in the wrong color, since I didn't get any ending (maybe I'll replay the game at some point to actually do it correctly). Good job!
Really nice puzzle game, you nailed the sound effects and the ambience, it really feels like you're in space, keep up the good work!
Great game! Bye little guy!
Took me probably twice as long, as I didn't notice the key on the computer... duh. And I thought the blinking white was bad. So I placed everything correct letters, wrong colors. I got down to the last 2 or 3, remembered there were a couple in the office... and looked at the computer :D At that point I HAD to finish it... I also didn't see letters on the colors on the terminal - just saw the colors. I see in the screenshot there is a "C" on the teal.
I don't know if others played this way, but once I figured it out I sorted everything by color in front of each machine. The upgrades for carrying came way too late to help with much. Just a slight nitpick, you did a great job.
Oh, and that font definitely looks like the title is "Warm boob". :D You eye finishes the circle on the lower case t where the itch text covers it, lol.
Anyway, this looks like a huge amount of work, congrats, great job!
Hahaha, I noticed the Warmboob issue too late to change it. I'll have to change up the font post-jam.
Thanks for playing though! That's great feedback, if I do more work on this game I'll have to re-think how I communicate the colours of each CPU bank better. I maybe need to make the symbols clearer, and have better instructions on the terminal.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Oh one last thing I forgot to mention that would be helpful - the slots are REALLY hard to see if occupied or not. I would either fix the lighting so you can see edges, or maybe change the material on the CPU - either a light grey or metal maybe. Or at the very least make the red light more visible. If the intensity of white is 1, then red should maybe go .5 to 1 so it's always there. If you really want to sell feedback maybe the highlight color can change on filled/empty.
Again, great work. The VO was hilarious. Very impressed you got a complete story out of this with no real game breaking bugs.
Very well structured! The gameplay is incredibly satisfying...awesome job! -Edit: Found a small bug, I was yeeting modules down from the second floor and one ended up clipping through the little stairs geometry and couldnt ever get to it again. :)
Great job man! Gameplay is slick, the pace is there, and good parts of the sorting game are perfectly here. I liked the 2nd floor at first, but stacking limit of 2 made my further trips back and forth frustrating :)
I like it a lot!!! I will finish it and with out the powers to see what it is going to happen!!! But i think there are necessary. "Bye little guy " xaxxa
