This is the second game in this game jam that ive played that uses the split mechanic( if your curious the game name is: A Little Slimed  ), and it always such a cool mechanic!!! I loved the animations for the little drop of water. Good job ;)

It's a concept that is really fun, and fairly polished! I admit, I got stuck on the level "Dreams and Teams" As I thought the solutioon was to build a  tall enough tower for the box, but it seems a tad buggy to do and my guys got stuck...

Still, little guys concept 10/10, enjoyment was great, music was a banger (I didn't even realize the lack of sound because they were such bangers!) and overall just a little bundle of joy! Amazing job!! Was cool and fun!

Developer

Thank you! Yeah, stacking players and boxes is the biggest thing I ran out of time to polish. As such, I never designed a puzzle where you needed build a tower of players, though Im sure you can cheese a few levels if you did haha.

A neat concept well executed! I thought the art was quite nice and the tutorial was helpful, although admittedly I had to restart because I kept going faster than the help text. Lots of interesting mechanics like the weight system make for some interesting applications. I have to say, using the corners to merge through a wall definitely feels like a genius "bug turned feature" mechanic. I'm curious if it was.

Developer

Spot on lol. It was an easy to fix bug, but then when I started designing puzzles I realized I had a lot of ways to force the player to reserve weight and split, but not ways to merge together for progress, so I added the 'bug' back in.

Really cool. It reminds of that that hot and cold switching game a while back. Similar in gameplay and art.

Great concept! I love it! Well done!

Great concept,  liked the level editor. I think making the swap only one button that cycles through them would be good.

This game is very similar to my teams game, but still very enjoyable, nice music and sfx!

Cute puzzle game, really love the effort to add a level editor on a jam game!
