This game is pretty cool. It's too hard tho. I can't even play a mini game for 3 seconds, because the enemy is to quick and is always following you. I liked the art and idea
So, the peaceful mode saved me. Not sure if I played it wrong, but I couldn't get to play the mini games for more than 2 seconds before I got killed...
Really like your art and the choice of the mini games. Frogger! And the asteroids one made me laugh out loud =)
Enjoyed playing it. Creative game jam entry you have there!
Recognized your profile from Bone Broke, thanks for playing our game! Yeah, the timing can definitely be pretty tricky - the idea is you can only play each minigame for a short period of time before needing to run from the monster, but sometimes you can get pretty unlucky with the timing.
I'm glad to hear you liked the minigames!! They were so much fun to design :D I felt frogger was an absolute must-have for a retro arcade lol, and I like to imagine the runner was how the asteroids felt in the actual Asteroids game haha.
Thank you, and thanks again for playing!
You did Dino Farm, right? I remember that lovely herding/breeding game. =)
Wow, impressive style change to this game then!
Neat concept! I managed to finish the game and had fun playing it. I like how some of the minigames have a twist to them, like playing as a car avoiding frogs
Thank you!! So glad you liked it! And yeah, we knew we wanted something to sort of tie the different minigame together, and I originally made reverse frogger as a joke, but it ended up being way too silly to get rid of, so I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it. Thank you for playing!!
Awesome game, The music and the shaders really set the vibes. Good job
If you have time ,heres my game : /jam/godot-wild-jam-95/rate/4796157
Great atmosphere, cool idea for a game, although I haven't been able to get far because the evil machine gets me quicker than I can finish an arcade machine game
The idea with this game is that you have to leave the minigame to avoid the evil machine, the arcade games are all actually endless.
The shaders in use here really built a strong atmosphere. Good job!
Thank you!! We spent a fair bit of time discussing the shaders, and I think Jeremy did a great job really giving the game that atmosphere. Thanks for playing!
The atmosphere is spectacular, I liked it. It got a bit long, and at one point it stopped adding up "points", I don’t know if I was doing something wrong or what
Hi, thanks for the feedback and for playing the game!
I’m going to try to reproduce the ticket issue so I can fix it after the review period. Was this on the web build or on the executable?
web build
I like the atmosphere of the game. So that's what the arcade looks like after hours.
Thank you! Happy to hear you liked the atmosphere. Thanks for playing!
Very interesting! It's just really hard, and when I turned it to peaceful mode to try the arcade games the evil arcade machine would push me into a corner so I couldn't move.
Thank you for playing the game and for the feedback! The corners were an oversight, the original plan was to have props there, but we ran out of time when trying to get the game finished at the 11th hour and forgot xD.
Thanks so much for playing!! The peaceful mode was a very last minute addition, and as my fellow developer said we ran out of time in a few areas. Definitely several things to hopefully fix some time in the future :) Thank you for the feedback!
