This was really well done!! The art is lovely, the controls are so simple, I love simply bumping into things as a way to interact with them. The game felt very responsive, and boy did the difficulty ramp up well! A delightful experience

wow that was really polished. A simple idea executed very well. But I do think I encountered bugs? Sometimes the bumping into things didn't do anything and the speech bubble where empty. I couldn't pick up cones or pick up food. I played the web version
Edit: Played again and now it was all smooth. Iwas sad it only had 3 levels
The art is so so excellent! The character designs are so original, I love them!! Super fun gameplay, great sfx, music, I have no notes. Impressive af for a jam game and just in general.
I love these characters, the art is amazing and there is so much personality in the game, I feel like I could get into a flow state of trying to get all the orders combing and that was so fun. The last level gets super overwhelming but in a good way, would love to see what else yall would add in in the future!
Controls feel a little clunky there was a missed opportunity to have a “hold to move”. You accidentally bump in to customers at the very end of the bar. the movement is stuttery. One on its own is fine. But together overall, it doesn’t feel good.
The theme is nice. The sound is nice. The graphics are awesome.
Nice entry :)
Thanks for the feedback! I agree a hold to move feature would be nice, we talked about it briefly as a team but I never got to it. I also think it might be tough to strike a balance between moving quickly and preventing unwanted movement - something for me to think about for a QoL update maybe.
I'm curious why the movement is stuttery for you, does it feel like the framerate is low or maybe that there's input delay? It feels pretty smooth to me but one thing I have learned from this jam is that there are lots of different hardware configs people use for the web builds.
Beautiful game with a great soundtrack! Like the character portraits as well.
Ran into an issue where the orders don’t show up if you full-screen the game (weird!) but was able to play as soon as I left full-screen mode. Great job!
This was very fun!
Such a shame there aren't more levels! The game ended just when my flow state kicked in haha
The graphics are super good. I especially like this cartoony style in dialogues.
Super charming game! I really like the fact that filling and serving orders is a really simple motion. I think that really facilitates snappy, speedy gameplay. The artwork also has a lot of personality. The character designs are especially colorful and unique!
