Goo the rich!

Submitted

Really fun game liked it a lot

This was such a funny take on the theme. I liked how ridiculous the whole world-ending loop feels, but it still works as an actual game idea. The upgrades make the joke feel more satisfying too, like you’re getting better at doing something absolutely cursed lol. The paperclip-style vibe fits really well.

It’s silly, kinda dark, and very memorable. I like when a small game takes the theme in a weird direction and just commits. The concept made me laugh but also made sense mechanically, which is hard to pull off. Really fun idea!

The premise of the game was quite cool. It was enjoyable watching the goo spread more and more each round. I liked the billionaire bunker bit, that was quite funny :D My old laptop was working overtime to run this game, but still managed to finish the whole game. I think some more effects on the numbers and maybe sounds would’ve helped it be more enjoyable each round. Also, the tech tree didn’t feel like it had a lot of meaningful options. I think it could be even more fun if there was some sort of a highscore for how quickly you devour the earth or something similar. With all that being said, great entry, thank you!

There is no greater honor than putting all three grey goo seeds directly in the billionaire bunker!

So much to love about this; great submission! Others have praised the gameplay, but I also want to give some love to the music as well! It has a very fitting unhinged / unsettling feeling, and the fade to static as the grey goo takes over each screen is such a nice touch.

A very cool implementation of an incremental game ! :) I really enjoyed finishing it, but there was time when I wished more info was available to know what to do (which resource to collect, etc)

Surprisingly compelling 'incremental' game similar to Plague Inc or Tasty Planet (it's got a grey goo, too). I only feel like that the music gets a bit repetitive, though I do like how it gets more static the more grey goo spreads.

This is so gooeyd!

Amazing game! Loved the fact that the music got quieter as the goo consumed, like I was eating all of the life and soul out of the earth.

Ridiculous, but a very good kind of ridiculous that fits an idle game.

The graphics and looping music felt like playing a low-budged Atari game that's spiraling out of control, but that just makes the experience even better.

10/10. Would eat the earth all over again.

Turns out devouring the earth is very satisfying! The only thing I was a little confused by tech tree at first that it takes a second to show the description.

I loved this and really enjoyed playing through it! The concept is really cool and I think it would be fun expanding it to start eating more planets, stars, etc!

Very great game! :)
