Thank you for sharing!!
This is so charming! The rhythm beats matched the music so well and ants marching together is Of Course! such a great premise for a rhythm game.
Thank you so much!! (Also, I love your profile pic 🪼)
literally peak, I want to be an ant now
Wishing that all your ant-related wishes come true! Thanks for playing!!
Great art style—it's really polished. The storytelling is also really good. I liked it!
Thank you! :)
That was cute! Thanks for making it easier for people like me who can't play rhythm games very well. Probably the most polished out of all the polished games in the jam
Very glad you got to enjoy it despite typically having a harder time with rhythm games! And thanks for the kind words :)
Thank you so much! So glad you enjoyed!! 🐜✨
This is the last game I'm rating this jam, and fittingly the first one I'm giving 5/5 in everything. Usually, in rhythm games, I get really confused and disoriented because I can't process the direction I'm supposed to press in time, but somehow recontextualizing it in the way this game does, making me move in the same direction as the line in front of me, made a world of difference and made it possible for me to actually do well. This is so creative, the art is gorgeous, the story is simple but effective, and everything around this is so lovely, it's the perfect jam game and a fitting end to my ratings. Great stuff, to everyone who worked on it!
Thank you SO MUCH for the super kind words! So glad it felt accessible and enjoy for you! :)
So glad to hear that you found it intuitive! This is so thoughtful, thank you for the kind words!!
I’ve been playing an awful lot of Rhythm Heaven Groove lately, and this could easily stand toe to toe with those minigames. Fantastic job, no notes 🎵
Lovely, so glad to hear it :)
Have been absolutely loving Groove so this is SUCH an honor, thank you!!
this game reminds of the guy that reminded him of some war that lasted like 50 years. i remember there were ants or something but instead of ants it was people marching in colunms that seemingly had no end but it was actually just a really long circle. in the game the ants talked about the power of friendship and so did the people that wanted marry each other from some other village or something idk. but you know what? this game is actually almost nothing like that one war that reminded that one guy that reminded me of just now. actually, the childrens book artstyle was so cool that it did not remind me of conflicts in the balkans. however though, we can all learn something about the histroy of our times. we were all like harold in the way were we just want friends and we want to march into picnics and steal sandwhiches (occasionally) amazing game, amazing team and i cant wait to see what other things you guys come up with.
this game reminds me of the Trkanje-Beli War,
the Trkanje-Beli War was a 50 year long conflict between the 2 yugoslavian villages of Trkanje and Beli because of poorly drawn and undefined borders of fields and pastures in the neighboring.
Local leadership of the villages boycotted marriage between people from Trkanje and Beli for 40 years. the Conflict ended when the Yugoslav National Army did a military intervention in 1950 on the border to stop the skirmishes and ambushes the local militias of the villages did to eachother.
Nobody was killed in the conflict, only 379 people were injured in the skirmishes. the militias used pitchforks, clubs and shovels in the skirmishes. 5/10 would play again
Wow. This has to be one of the top rhythm games I've played this jam! It's so polished, the story and characters were charming, the art style, music, game loop... perfect. Also those glowing mushrooms were a trip (no pun!) I did have a little audio sync offset (I played with headphones) but I was able to compensate by playing a syncopated version :) Only suggestion for the HUD would be to have the level number somewhere and possibly the rhythm pattern (maybe with the hint enabled) because I'd forget it when I got to the 'shrooms. Great job and fantastic entry!!
Thanks so much for playing, and for this thoughtful feedback! Great idea, and glad you enjoyed overall :)
So good. loved it.
Thank you!
This game feels so polished from every aspect. The rhythm mechanic is very unique and I really liked it.
Thanks so much for the kind words! :)
This. Is. Insane. I've never really enjoyed rhythm games so I can confidently say that if more of them were like this, I would be way more inclined to play them! The artwork is ADORABLE! Harold is ADORABLE! The music is AWESOME! I can't praise this game enough for its quality and polish. Insane that this was done in 4 days.
If I had to give something for feedback, I'd love a reminder of the beat written or symbolised somewhere on the level UI. Other than that, though, perfect entry.
Thank you so much; I'm so very glad you enjoyed it, despite not typically enjoying rhythm games! And that's such a good suggestion, and not one that's been made before! Thanks for playing :)
Hot Damn, I don't understand how you make such a polished game in such a short period of time, killer job!
Thanks so much for the kind words!! Glad you enjoyed :)
FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!! This is one of my absolute favorites, from the art, to the music, to the gameplay. We also love to see a 3 person team as well (definitely not biased in that regard). Would love to see a full version of this someday with more levels, I truly am obsessed. :)
Wow, thank you for the kind words!! Also...
LET'S GO TRIOS!!! 🗣️📢
really lovely! beautiful art, charming music, cute story. rhythm game about marching ants is a super smart idea. nice work!

Harold is extremely flattered, he doesn't know what to do with himself!
(Thanks so much for the super kind words!!)
Perfect, that's an automatic 5 out of 5 situation here
That was cute, challenging, and accessible at the same time. Love the efficient but so nice dialogues, and loveeeeeeeee the Art. Especially the textures,,
It really captured the children's book vibe you were looking for.
Great great work
Thanks so much; I super appreciate hearing that!! So glad you enjoyed playing 💗
