Very funny game and the most immersive piece of government management game I've seen to date. I don't know what argentina did to deserve such a dumb failsafe, perhaps there are some deep and complicated lore ramifications. I'm also glad there are no nukes pointed at italy specifically as we are already the equivalent of a nuclear wasteland and that would be double dipping.
I'm running out of jokes so lets just say the game is a funny concept, a funny gameplay loop for as long as you have patience for it. It's a funny anti-design game that's trying to give you a good laugh and accomplishes it quite well.

really polished and fun! music could have been a bit less repetitive and a bit more fast paced as more countries are added but that's just a minor nitpick, i really enjoyed this!
Glad you liked the game! Yeah, we actually planned to add a different instrument for each window and maybe have the music speed up when you're close to losing. In the end, we just ran out of time and had more important things to do... Anyway, thanks a lot for the constructive feedback <3

I loved the vibes of this game. Crunchy pixel art paired with the comedic moments of trying to close annoying windows while I return to resetting a nuke clock. Super clever stuff.

Really stressful in a fun way
Juggling an increasingly chaotic collection of minigames to stop multiple nuclear countdowns is such a brilliantly stressful interpretation of the theme! The execution is incredibly fun, and throwing in elements like math problems and captchas adds a hilarious layer of panic where you genuinely forget how to do basic addition. For a game jam entry, it is exceptionally bug-free, highly polished, and has a fantastic hook that keeps you hooked from the very first second.
