Nice game, my index finger got tired from spamming the mouse button

Those sprites are great, I really liked the giant goblins. Despite not understanding the crank mechanic I got quite far on my first attempt, so when I went Game Over without any enemies nearby I was very confused for a moment. But I gave it another go and had lots of fun!

Pretty simple to start and fun game! I definitely love the roguelike aspects of the game. Wish it can distribute the tesla coil more evenly, or at least not all clustered together, across the clock lol. Also adding some mouse click dmg upgrade would be even more fun! Great work and finish!

I really enjoyed this game. I really like tower defence games and adding rouguelike elements alongside the timer makes every run feel fresh. The art style was also very charming. Great game!

Gets hectic managing the clock and keeping the mobs at bay, but I had a lot of fun (up until wave... 14 I think?)
The sprites were nicely done too, good job~

I love the retro vibes and the new take on tower defense! Go my fluff army!

TYSM! Go fluffs =^.^=

A fun mix of tower defense and clicker! The towers and upgrades were all nicely thought out too. Good stuff!

I wholeheartedly love the concept of the game. The 8bit retro vibes, the music, the whimsicality - all that compiles to a great game. One thing is: the UI could've gotten more attention, feels a little bit cumbersome. Other than that, it is a cutesy little game

This was great! This could have been an arcade game back in the day, super cute and challenging. Really liked the animation of the little guys getting shorter when they were low on HP and winding the clock felt super satisfying - loved it :)

Well polished pixel art design, fun and simple mechanics with perfectly matched sound effects and music, the concept is great too. I loved the theme usage. Had a lot of fun, great work.

This game is really cute, I like the amount of enemy variations and the upgrades look pretty well balanced except for a single one

The hour hand damage upgrade feels like it doesn't do anything most of the time as the clock doesn't spin fast enough for it to be worth it. Maybe if there was instead a second hand whose damage you could upgrade instead of the minute hand doing the damage, it would feel more impactful like the other abilities

Seeing a PICO-8 game this jam was very cool, the idea is also executed pretty well! Not much to say really, well done!

Developer(+1)

Yes! we did feel the hand could use some work for it to be a bit more useful, and did think of adding an additional hand while making it :p

TYSM for playing! your game rocks btw

This is a very creative approach to a well-known genre. The upgrades are well balanced and the various enemy types add some nice variation. I enjoyed this a lot and definitely will add it to my Pico-8 collection:)

Immediately new it was peak when I saw it was PICO-8, anyway, loved it! Wish the countdown was an issue in the earlier waves, but oh boy did the difficulty crank up! I like the use of the theme as others have mentioned lol, it was fun, engaging and just plain enjoyable!

Really addictive game! Its deceptively simple but there's actually so much things going on. It takes the tower defend ish genre with a TON of twist into it! I love the aesthetic as well and I love the PICO-8 charm of it! The audio is great as well and is highly satisfying! I do with there's a bit of narrative background tho but other than that, awesome work!!!

Nice concept! I ended up wanting to try again each time I lost.
