How does your game fit the theme?
As you dive deep, you're on a tight countdown as your air supply counts down. The theme is tied into multiple mechanics: the countdown triggered whenever you hit a bomb, an orca descending at regular intervals to devour you, or even the Minesweeper-style gameplay itself.

Holy, what a game. The musician really cooked here; phenomenal music complemented the gameplay so much. I wish I had some notes, but I enjoyed every bit. Fantastic work!

Developer

Yes! They did really cook, some of the tracks are still stuck in my head XD.

Thanks for playing!

Incredible concept! The art is so nice too and it feels incredibly polished. I love the music after a game over too lol.

Developer

No better consolation, than a fire track to get you back in the game! Thanks for the comment, and thanks for playing :)

A super polished entry, good job! I liked the controls, they were super simple and intuitive. Loved the art, sounds, gameplay, animations, UI, the whole lot! Crazy that all this was made in 96 hours…

Even the itch.io page was polished :D

Good job! Amazing game!

Developer

Thanks for playing our game :)

This is an insane creation in 96 hours. The art is great, and there's so much polish. It was a challenge to play minesweeper at a fast pace and to not accidentally hit spots you weren't aiming for, but I found it to be a very fun take on a classic!

Developer

Glad you found the game fun, it was a similarly fast paced challenge to make this in the 96 hours given, so thanks for playing!

Developer

Yea I was super impressed with the music and the programming to o along with it too, thanks for playing!

Fkin Madlads, making such a polished (sorta:) Roguelike in just 4 days, it reminded me of downwell  a bit. it'd be a crime for this not to get a good spot at ranking

Developer

Yea! Downwell was on the mind a bit when designing the game. Thank you for playing!

Mr. Driller meets minesweeper, a great mix! The artwork is very well polished along side the menus and gameplay. This is a very high-ranking entry!

Amazing polish, great gameplay

First of all, the art is fantastic and ties in perfectly with gameplay and narrative.

It’s clearly a blend of genres, and that makes it stand out. However, the Minesweeper elements don’t feel actionable enough. Specifically, I felt like I didn’t have enough information to actually decide if there was going to be a mine or not. Another issue I had was the areas would self-clear too quickly, leaving me with little gold.

Otherwise, clearly an arcade gem in-the-making.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad that you see the potential in the game (I do too!)
Thanks for playing!

Hoped in the game without reading and got my mind blown when I noticed it was a minesweeper game. Very cool idea and fun game. I love the fact that you can see your paws move

Developer

Hahaha happy to blow your mind. Thank you for playing! (The paws moving with the gameplay is one of my favorite touches)
