I liked the idea! Amazing work :D
rlly fun concept :) i love farming games and fast-paced action so I feel like this would be right up my alley! I just couldn't get into it because the controls were confusing. but great work!!
It took me a few goes to get the controls before I died xD Although it's a fun gameplay loop I felt like the timer was really quick and set me in panic mode immediately.
very cute artwork and fun, nice game
Pretty fun game! Gets pretty hectic at the end. I do wish the UI navigation was cleaner tho. Having mouse controls for stuff like that would be very helpful, and i found myself having to look at the controls, since they dont feel quite intuitive. I do like the charm of this game. good job!
The artwork is insane(ly good :D). Fun game and honestly it does get intense sometimes. Shame there is no game over screen of the monster eating you. Well done :P
Pretty fun idea. I wish you could click on things to in the menus. I think some of the items were bugged because I couldn't pick up cabbage sometimes. Otherwise I enjoyed the game, pretty fun to try and farm and feed the monster at the same time.
The game is fun and dynamic. Quite amusing.
Neat little premise!
Like a stardew valley farming-speedrun :)
Since the game is supposed to be very fast paced, it is a bit jarring to control the farming interaction with mouse + keyboard and then have to use only the keyboard while in the shop.
A fun game loop however !
Great work :)
nice game, i like it! Needs more comfortable controls
Never played such a fast paced farming game! Very fun despite some awkward controls!
As some have already pointed out the controls felt quite unwieldy, but I liked how instantaneous actions were and as somebody who also made a tile-based game for the jam I can understand how difficult it can be to implement these systems!
very fun game haha its like if stardew valley was high cortisol
This game is a fun stress and really makes you think ahead on what to do next. I would say the main issue is probably the controls, but im sure if I played more i would get used to it but still very fun!
Really cool concept about stressfully trying to farm on a timer. I think with some polishing this can become a really fun game. Better controls are a necesity tho.
Really funny image banner, the game itself has a very cool loop of farming as quick as you can to feed the monster before he feeds on you. Never though a farming game could be stressful.
I had a hard time figuring it out, but the concept is interesting, and I like the upbeat music.
I really really like the concept. I do think the controls are a bit confusing. I would have liked to have one button for interacting with the objects - like buying, planting, etc. I got frazzled when buying something was enter and to leave the shop was spacebar.
The timer starts while you're still on the intro screen.
The controls were confusing at first. I also think the inventory needs more slots, as I spent a lot of time running back to the shop to sell items. I did like how the farmer moved.
I assume the large amount of starting cash was to let players upgrade early because of the short time limit.
Once I understood the game, I found it easy to cheese by growing everything, collecting it all, leading the monster around for extra time, and selling the excess.
The mouse wheel should scroll through the hotbar. That would make switching tools feel better.
It has its appeal, thank you for the hard work you put in.
Really cute game, but it took me a while to get a hang of the controls
