105 is my best score! As a math major, it made me feel right at home. This is the first time I've seen a game based on this idea, haha. I thought it was a really creative one! Great job!
Play amazing fantastic game

This is so cool????!!! The game was so JUICY and really fun!!! This is simple yet so effective :o I loved it!
Love the way the numbers of the countdown itself are used! Truly an amazing fantastic game.
Really like the use of earning digits from the timer, very clever, makes those zeros more valuable to quickly reset your count.
A thought: there could be potential for a puzzle non-speedy mode where the timer only counts down when there is a digit to be earned, making it more about making the most out of all the given numbers, rather than being a speedy demon
pretty cool game! the sounds and animations are really nice, and the core gameplay is fun! however one thing i think would be nice is if the boss had a more active role. he kinda just sits in the corner and is super ignorable. it would've been funny if he had a voice or some silly grunting when problems are presented or solved.
overall i really enjoyed the game :)
Cool little game. Here I was thinking I was alright at maths and then did absolutely terrible haha.
This was so fun! I like how simple the rules are, but it gets deeper when realizing multiple tricks you can pull off. Such as x0 to reset the number, x9, x8, x7 consecutively to blow the numbers up, etc. Also having the limited number of numbers (lol) really encourages to act fast.
One thing I'd wish is to make the tasks more balanced. For example getting the task 'bigger than 8623900' followed by 'smaller than -235861200' was quite nasty, unless I'm missing something. Also the task 'contain numbers X and Y' felt much harder than the rest.
Great game :)
Thank you so much! I’m really happy you had fun.
I definitely agree that the objectives could’ve been more balanced. Throughout the entire development process we kept thinking of them as temporary, and by the time we got to the last day, we just ended up leaving them as they were.
As for the “contains X & Y” objective, I 100% agree it’s the hardest one. We actually nerfed it right before the end. It originally required a one-digit number and a two-digit number instead of two one-digit numbers.
Anyway, I’m really glad you had a good time, and thanks again for the feedback!
I have yet to see a math game in this game jam!!! Nice job overall
Quite nice take on the countdown theme, I've never seen any game use the time of the countdown timer in the gameplay. Good game!
This game is indeed amazing and fantastic, and the concept is very well made. However, the addition of trains is vital
My brothers in the very famous "maths under pressure" genre 🤝🤝🤝
This one was a humbling experience ngl, my 3 first run I did 2 > 1 > 3 objective
Love the Pictochat vibe from the art !
This was a really worthwhile play, the objectives are well thought out. I think I played well, I do feel like I relied too heavily on the x0 to reset my number though.
Nice creation that fits well into the theme. Cheers !
Thanks so much for playing and for the thoughtful feedback! I’m really glad you enjoyed the objectives and felt the game fit the theme.
The x0 reset is so useful, we didn't originally intend for it to play such a large part of the game but when it happened we really liked it and kept it in. That’s also why there isn’t a division mechanic.
Really appreciate you taking the time to play and share your thoughts.
I HAD SO MUCH FUN!!!! really putting my minor in math to work here! :D
