That's how I imagined MC Donald in 1991, very nice made. I also agree with fellow commenters that It would be more interesting to make count go down from 1 000 000 to 0. Anyway I would like to play full release :D

I can't believe how good it felt to peel those potatoes. I could do that for a living. Happily. Great presentation and idea!

Disappointed could not make Vodka. Though I still like potatoes.

Fun potato-peeling action!

I liked the eastern european aesthetic. I think to fit in with the theme of the jam, it would’ve been better if the number went down instead of X/100. I think this could be a cool story/narrative game like papers please, as the gameplay loop of peeling potatoes is nice enough to not get boring too quickly (managed to peel the 100 demo potatoes), and the automations help a lot to make it more engaging. I imagine something like opening an individual business/factory and trying to hide it from the goverment (as capitalism is illegal). Nice submission.

The game is huge and creative and fun. Though there are bugs when you can fly high with the help of potato or bucket in your way. I am unable to pick the fry which is annoying. i had to run over it to topple it over that place. I did not play after that though i'm going to play. I love the game so please give me a linux lubuntu version for me to play :sob:
Edit #1: Also, please have different controls for throwing bucket and stuff, i don't want to throw the bucket and potatoes unintentionally.

I have potato blood in my veins. My life is potato.

In your working life, and your living it is always potatoes. I dream of potatoes.
When we are going to harvest and in your mind and in your heart you feel that you are going to export the potatoes and you are not going to see it anymore.

That hurts.

Maybe the potatoes we peeled were the fries we made along the way...

XD that was awful, like I imagine it is to peel 1,000,000 potatoes! Great work with the peeling mechanics.

I did not expect peeling potatoes to be this moreish. The PSX look is spot on and the peeling itself feels lovely. Only snag was potatoes falling under the bench where I couldn't grab them. Brilliant, silly, polished.

Check out my game if you get a chance, a chess roguelike called Final Gambit: /jam/gmtk-jam-2026/rate/4813276

Didn't think peeling potatoes could get this addictive ^^ The loop is simple but it works well, and the post-processing give a really unique atmosphere, nice!
