How does your game fit the theme?
Steps are being countdown in each level, and level needs to be completed before steps reaches 0. Also some platformers have timer attached, which when countdown to zero, performs it's respective action.

I was going to say that the game is too simple but then the levels started to become a very good challenge.

My only suggestions would be for a redo last step button and a better sound management, because the sfx are a bit louder thant the bg music.

Other than this, that a great game

Developer

Ah, another good suggestion. I wish I had thought of redo button. I thought sfx were not audible with music so I increased the volume manually, but a sound management would have beet solution.

Thanks for tip and trying out my game :)

Nice concept, executed perfectly. Everytime I failed there was an explanation which perfectly fit the issue I had. This gives me the impressopm that you  maybe had frequent playtesters reporting and iterated based on that!? Good job!

Developer

I was the only playtester lol. But I had feeling that people might miss or ignore 'Space', so I added it in game over message xD.

Thanks for playing, and glad you enjoyed it :)

Great original puzzle game! I really like the step timer and how you can hit space to let another time chunk pass. If you could hover your mouse and see a grid, then you could count spaces and figure out the puzzles more without so much trial and error (for me at least!). Very cool game!

Developer(+1)

Good suggestion, I will surely implement that (either make it obvious with tiles or some way to check grid). Thanks for playing my game and great suggestion :)

Oh these were super fun puzzles and I loved how the countdown aspect was applied to both the character and the puzzles! Admittedly, I was stuck on level 2 for 5 or 6 tries but once I figured out the level mechanics I was able to really start blasting through them, it was a ton of fun! Thank you for making such a great game!

Developer

Thanks, happy to hear you enjoyed it :)

Nice challenging  puzzles!

I like the mechanics where you got pushed off when colliding.

Nice game, well done :D

Developer(+1)

Thanks, glad you liked :)

Sick music, cool and intuitive mechanics. Love it!

Developer

Thanks. Glad you loved it :)

Very nice game short and sweet. The graphics are such a mood, I love them! I wish the music wouldn’t restart with every level restart, it can be a bit grating. And maybe make it so that moving on a platform where you don’t actually move doesn’t consume a move.

But overall a fun game!

Developer

Apparently, the way I made the game, made it hard to not not consider move when player is on platform and doesn't move. Hence I kept it, it's not a bug, it's a feature ;P

Glad you enjoyed the game still.

Coold idea and nice art! You should try to develop this further after the event, when you have more time :D

Developer

Thanks, and yes I plan to update it after the even, when I get time :)

Very cool!

Developer

Thanks :)

Fun concept, I liked the interpretation of countdown here, and good puzzles! I had to retry the levels few times to understand how and what move is the best :D Nonetheless I enjoyed the game!

Developer

Thanks. Happy to know that you enjoyed :)

Way more challenging than I thought when I saw it... (or maybe I'm just stupid)Anyway, I like it!

Developer

You are not stupid, some levels are pretty tough (or confusing). Of course I wouldn't know cause I designed them, but I asked my brother to try and he couldn't do it too. Glad you still liked it,

Finished all levels, pretty cool and creative puzzle you've got there, the only thing I suggest is to make tiles with outlines or something like that so that I can count how many steps it will take to get to a certain position. Visuals and audio are great and in sync with each other, great game!

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I was afraid, that counting steps would be difficult with that. Glad you still enjoyed.

Super clean, super unique take on the theme.  Though the platforms and the level can be a little buggy at times, there are no noticeable affects on the gameplay when you are doing everything right. Very easy to pick up but gets challenging! Always loved puzzles and this has been one of the best ones I played!

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it. Yours is also one of the best ones I have played too :)

Really cool, couldnt get past level 5, cuz of my peanut sized brain. Nevertheless, very fun, and the ding noise sounded strangely rewarding lol.

Developer

Glad you liked the ding song.  I added it during the final hours, I was like what if we add some ding sound when either timer or block activates, that would feel satisfying. Happy to know it worked in my favour :)

I loved this game and introduction of several mechanics in an excellent way, amazing work :) ♥

Really enjoyed playing through all 7 puzzles! I appreciate the quick restart button as I got used to the moving off the moving platforms. Thanks for the game!

Developer

Yeah, initially I also kept falling, so I thought you know what, it would be great to have restart button. Then I eventually became expert at it by testing enough lol. I kept restart button though as it helped a lot.

Glad you enjoyed :)

i like how waiting is implemented and the puzzles are fun! theres a lot of room for expanding the concept but this is a good experience

Developer

Thanks, I had some more interesting ideas to add, but ran out of time. Glad you enjoyed.
