How does your game fit the theme?
In this game, the countdown isn't just an ordinary timer tacked onto the gameplay—it's the core mechanic and the very language of the game itself. Each level unfolds in the sequence "4, 3, 2, 1". Players must identify and tap the numbers in descending order, while ensuring each action follows the beat of the music. This four-step countdown determines the level's rhythm, dictates how the player progresses, and triggers visual changes within the scene. As the game continues, the same familiar countdown becomes increasingly difficult to recognize. The numbers may be hidden, distorted, broken apart, or even integrated into surreal imagery. Despite the constantly shifting visuals and meanings, players must still hold onto the steady rhythm and structure of "4, 3, 2, 1". Therefore, in this game, the COUNT DOWN is not merely a time limit; it also constitutes the core gameplay mechanics, the rhythmic structure, the visual evolution, and the connection between different scenes. The entire gameplay experience is driven by one countdown after another.

HOLY THIS GAME IS SICK! Great for rhythm practice AND hand eye coordination I love it!!!
Please check mine out!
The concept is absolutely wild in the best way, and everything feels incredibly polished. The art, sound, and gameplay all complement each other perfectly. Amazing work <3 You did a fantastic job!
The pig level was extremely frustrating, but overall the game has a very fun vibe, even if it feels like I have to stumble through some of the levels.
Thank you for your patience in trying out the game and for your detailed feedback. We’ve received a lot of feedback regarding the lack of guidance in the levels; this is the biggest issue with this version of the game. We’ll work hard to improve this aspect of the experience in future. Thank you once again for trying out the game!! Cheers!
A very intresting looking game, the graphics were so unique. A little weird game that felt special in it's own way, good job devs! This is awesome :D
This game was really engaging and challenging. I had a lot of fun playing. Great work!
Visuals and audio are amazing, theme interpretation is creative, but I am really really bad at rhythm games. I managed to get to the pig level but it was very difficult for me, still I enjoyed completing the levels, it's a super satisfying feeling when you manage to click everything perfectly, and I love how polished the game is. Great work!
Wow, what a unique concept! Absolutely love the bizarre art style! The game itself felt kind of like a combination of osu! and Rhythm Doctor.
I got stuck for a while on the pig level, but eventually figured it out (by which I mean saw that you had a video of it in your game screenshot gallery, haha) and finished the game! Other than that one level, I found all the “puzzles” intuitive and satisfying. I was amazed how many different scenarios you could come up with using the base concept.
Thank you so much for playing and for your feedback! We’re really happy that you enjoyed the style. While making the game, we wanted to create a series of playful little tricks that felt rhythmic and lighthearted to play.
I’m so glad you managed to finish the game! We’ve definitely realized that the guidance in that level wasn’t clear enough, so we’ll work on improving our level guidance in the future.
Thank you again for playing and completing our game!!
Very cool weird and well polished game! I felt like wanting more, And I want more of the music haha, Everytime I'm about to bop my head it ends which is sad, but still I love the execution and the weirdness of it all. Great Game!
Thank you for your patience in trying out the game and for your detailed feedback. We did indeed break the music down into too many segments in this design (though the fast pace meant we had to make that compromise). We’ll take this experience on board and refine our future projects more carefully. Thank you once again for playing our game! ~
Really clever use of the countdown theme! Following 4, 3, 2, 1 sounds simple at first, but it gets surprisingly challenging once the numbers start blending into the visuals. I especially liked how the rhythm ties all the different scenes together. Short, strange, and very memorable!
Very good game ! I love that weirdness, the crisp graphics and the overall vibe ! The challenges change and get different in interesting and surprising ways. That level of polish in 4 days is impressive. In short, it was a great experience ! Well done !
A very unusual and unique project. The surreal and abstract images that appear in the background are interesting, although it was sometimes difficult to properly look at them while also trying to follow the rhythm and complete the sequence.
The idea of recognizing and pressing the numbers from 4 to 1 in time with the music is creative, and the different ways the numbers are hidden, distorted, or integrated into the visuals make the small challenges quite interesting.
My main issue is that the rhythmic sections are too short. When you make a mistake, the music stops almost immediately, but even when you succeed, the sequence only lasts a few seconds before the next scene begins and the music restarts. Just as I started to get into the rhythm, the section was already over. I would have enjoyed longer sequences that allowed the player to spend more time engaging with the music and maintaining the rhythm.
Overall, it was a distinctive and interesting experience. I cannot say that I absolutely loved it, but it was certainly memorable and unlike most other jam games.
Thank you so much for such thoughtful and meaningful feedback! Your comments are incredibly valuable to us. We definitely overlooked the continuity and flow of the music, and I’ll make sure to keep this in mind for future improvements.
Thank you again for taking the time to play our game!!!I’m really glad that it left a memorable impression on you!
Amazing rhythm game. How can you do this in 4 days. Sadly i'm suck at it so i can see it though the end. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for your feedback and for your patience whilst playing the game!!! To be honest, this is all down to our artists, who have been working hard even whilst ill; they’ve really put in a lot of effort and I admire them greatly. We’ve also been keeping each other updated on the latest progress, which has really helped us work much more efficiently! Finally, thank you for the inspiration your creations have provided! Cheers!
The game ended up being osu lol, jokes aside it was pretty good, i love the aesthetic (the mouse trail tickles my brain). You did a very good job, the game's is short enough so that there's always some kind of new mech, it can be hard to understand what to do sometimes but that's part of what makes the game cool to me ! Great job on this entry, keep up the good work !
Yes, yes, we’ve drawn on some level design inspiration from traditional rhythm games (including OSU, of course). Thank you for your feedback and for liking our game! We’re delighted to receive such praise, and congratulations to you all on completing your own game. To be honest, I really love the visual style and horror atmosphere of your game; in my opinion, it’s undoubtedly one of the best. Cheers!!!
I never knew I was so bad at clicking :D
But this game was very cool so I did get through it. I really like the level with the light mechanic. A lot of these levels could really be their own sections. I was very impressed that I usually understood what I needed to do in the first or second try which is often not so clear with rythm games like this. Overall, super cool and stylish.
