Thank you all for playing my game! I really enjoyed making it and am currently planning to make an update to put the game into what I envisioned as it's final form π
Quite cool. Some sound and visual feedback would be helpful with the clicks, but otherwise quite fun
Great job! As others have said, adding some sfx and music would go a long way. Cheers!
Very creative incremental game with the theme !
I'm not really sure how you can "beat the timer" but my game from at like e1492, so i assume i hit a wall lmao.
I would have loved some background music to not get bored and a cash/s indicator! A cash > pretige cash indication would also have been a good addition to do, i never knew how many prestige cash i would win once the timer hit 0.
(Also, maybe a cooldown or a button to not instant buy the prestige shop once the timer is finished)
Really cool game tho!
Creative and simple! It was fun!
Thank you! π
It's really fun, but lacks some responsiveness, game feel and game juice!
Thank you! I hope to add some of those in the future π
Simple but good game! Just needs some polishing like others have said (audio and whatnot..) but still really good! Numbers can go up so high!
Thank you! I hope to get the chance to update and polish it up in the future π
The start was really slow, but after about half an hour of playing it reaaaaaaally ramps up. exponents go brrr. I think I broke it after getting a big number on the prestige screen it kinda just freezes there.
That's interesting I've only ever seen the issue during the main upgrade screen and not the prestige one. Do you remember if it was upon entering the prestige screen or if it was after an buying an upgrade?
Iβm not certain because I only noticed that it was frozen after I had clicked to purchase an upgrade. I donβt remember or sure, but I think it didnβt let me buy any upgrades when it had broken.
I made it all the way to $1.00e351 and then the game froze. I refreshed the page and tried running the game again but I just get blank grey screen and can't return to the game.
Could use some button animations and audio, but the flow feels pretty nice. Might would feel even better if you spaced the buttons closer together so that the mouse doesn't need to travel as far.
Good job nice game I think it has potential ദΰ΅ΰ΄¦ΰ΄Ώ(β’α΄β’ )
I left to review another game and when I returned the game was working again. So I played a bit more and encountered the same issue:
Thank you!
Sadly it was a known bug that I didn't have time to get rid of. I was also wanting to balance it better so the numbers didn't get that high that fast, but didn't quite make it that far.
Hoping to iron out the bugs and finish balancing in an update at some point π I also want to do some buttons animations and audio as well.
You've got a great foundation here. It just needs a little polish with some audio, colour and maybe a little bit of a tutorial and you've got a very fun idle game.
Thank you! I plan to add some of those things in the future π
There was no narrative or audio. The gameplay was also pretty confusing. itβs creative though.
Thank you! Didn't quite have the time for any audio sadly. As for a narrative I didn't really have a plan for one, just wanted to go for a small generic idle game.
Seems well balanced! Really nailed down the basics of an idler. The forced prestige is interesting for the genre. Keep going!
Thank you! π
Also made a number so large it crashed the web build lol:
Thank you! I focused most of the time trying to playtest and balance, I think I got the early pretty good but I just kept inevitably running into the cash influx. I want to come back to it in the future and clean that all up π
As of now that crashing is what I consider the end π
Yeah I saw your comment on the game page. I still think this is very cool and a unique twist on the game theme. Good job! :D
Fun and pretty addictive, nice twist on the idler formula. Could defo go with a premise & some juicy graphics and sounds to go with it.
Thank you! I want to come back to it sometime after the jam so those things are on my list to do at some point π
Good game. I think a final objective amount for something would be good. But I have spent more time than expected playing this even eithout it so good job.
Thank you! π
I considered putting some sort of objective number as an "end" but didn't quite get everything I wanted done before that point, hoping to update it sometime after the jam though π
