I really loved the aesthetic, art music and all!
I just could not figure out if I was supposed to click, mash buttons, do something else?
The swarms are pretty intimidating, and with the camera flying out of the rooms, I kept being surprised to find myself not dead, but also not sure what just happened!
I think there is a lot of charm here, and I would be keen to see the original idea realised.
Good job with your creation, it is really cute!
Reminds me of like Buck Bumble/Mister Mosquito. Stands out in this jam! Good stuff!
Was fighting the camera a bit, but like art! It's charming has a strong point of view. Nicely done!
Super cool i think being able to change the camera position would be good but Cool idea and nice take on the theme, i think it could benefit from a tutorial, but otherwise a fun game the controls felt nice and responsive and it was fun to fly around!
A bit awkward but fun nonetheless.
Cool game. I think the browser kinda messed p the perspective but overall really cool
Cool game, to offer some feedback it would be easier if the player model was at the center of the camera, much more easy to controls and too see
Fun idea! I think the camera should be centered or maybe a button to switch between first and third person. Some animation and vfx would also be good. Overall good game.
10/10
Fun little idea, though I found it a little tricky to control. I feel like if the fly was more in the middle of the screen, rather than off to the side, it would have made it easier. Also it was hard to know if I was actually attacking, as there wasnt any telegraphing or feedback, other than when things died? Other than that, pretty good game. :3
Would be really great to have some animation and sound effects while flying. The movement still felt really good, though. It's really pleasant to fly around.
Combat wasn't that engaging for me, but I liked the idea of fighting other flies for food. Overall, it was a very uplifting and enjoyable experience.
The movement feels great but could really use some juice and animation!! Good job!
Idea is good, but the execution is a little rough around the edges. Especially the camera as the others have noticed.
Also I've been attacked by fruitflies while testing the game :( .
Game jam games are expected to be bare bones. It's more about the vision, the promise of an idea. Frankly, I'm struggling to see what this game is trying to be. It feels more like a collection of random things than a coherent vision. What kind of game do you want to make?
I found the cover art and artwork in general very good, but the game itself controlled poorly. I didn't know what to do with the pickup. Maybe add some tips as pop-up if you pick something up?
Cute game! The camera really lets it down, but I found it otherwise surprisingly controllable.
Reminds of 3D Isaac but you can fly!
I love the concept, but as others have said it had some edges that could've used more tuning. But great job anyway!
This game would be greatly improved with a better camera system. right now the camera i flipping all over the place and is constantly clipping through walls making it impossible to see what you are doing. However I do like the gameplay of a fruit fly battling other fly's for food.
I was fighting more against the camera than the other flies. Also, the attack was completely unclear to me that it was an attack, since I thought the fly was just dashing forward.
