can't believe they put the thwomp from mario and the zombies from plants vs zombies in the same level

A cross between braid and castlevania, super solid platformer!

interesting mechanic with the rewind, having it set to two colors helped me understand the mechanics better. good work!

I really liked this game, biggest complaint is the key bindings, arrow keys, z and x? most of the difficulty of the game came from how awkward i found the game to control like that, i would've preferred something like wasd, lmb and rmb.

Nice hollow knight reverence tho hehe

incredible game and mechanics very well implemented!

Very fun idea, the rewind mechanic was used in quite a smart way and love how you made it depend on color. Got stuck on the big shield guy, I couldn't make the rewind and the block kill him for some reason. I would also suggest a tutorial on the color change as that is not necessarily obvious for everyone.

Enjoyed it though, super fun and creative :)

clever mechanic with great gameplay and puzzles and even has a boss fight! nice game!

It really reminds me of the game *Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time*.

When I first got to the platforms that you had to rewind to ride them up, I knew the mechanic would be utilized in a peak way. Good job!

YOOOO THIS IS SO FUN I LOVED THE MECHANICS UR SO COOL

Good idea of a game ! Didn't think of the metroidvania genre, super cool to see it as a submissiong, great job mate !

Love the orange blue colors. A little hard to understand what to do sometimes but overall the game is grate.

Was ready to give up, because I was feeling stupid. “Surely it’s broken?” but no. I had to think outside the box, and thats when the gameplay clicked. This game made me feel stupid like I hadn’t felt before, yet made me feel so smart when I finally got it! The design of this game is so tricky and fun, I think a full release would be amazing!

How do I get past the shield guy? I tried killing him with a block, jumping over him with the help of a rising block, and using the skeleton's arrow from behind the shield guy - none of that worked. He takes no damage from neither block nor arrow and I can't stand on top of the moving block

Developer

Thank you for the feedback! You have to kill it with the block. The shield enemy should go furthest to the left, and then you rewind the block to make it smash the ground again. That should kill it.

You said you already tried it, but maybe you didn't utilize the rewind mechanic on the block? Either way, maybe the puzzle should be easier..

Oh, and trying to kill it by rewinding the arrow is very interesting! We didn't think of it

Nahhh, the rewind to go up was such a good idea, I was stuck there for a couple of minutes until I figured it out and damn it was good

Love me some rewind mechanics! Nice Castlevania nods as well. Well done!
