I loved the concept and the art, especially when you slay the vampire. I liked the music too and thought it suited the game very well. The first time I played it, it was a bit confusing to know how to deduce who is the vampire but the second time around after rereading the tips it wasn't very hard at all. Fun game!

Cool game!! I like the murder mystery vibes mixed with the vampire theme. I wish there were more levels

Thanks! It's easy to see making this a roguelite or just a "puzzle a day" kind of thing.

Nicely done! This looks great and feels very polished! It's quick and fun, so I am really only left wishing there was a bit more to it, but its a game made in four days so I'd say that's a good thing!

Developer

Thanks for saying that, we're really proud of the audio visual stuff :)

This was a really fun concept delivered in a beautiful visual and sound package!  I was initially confused by what the purpose of the buttons were, given one of them does an action and the other two are just markers; but once I caught on, I was actually able to figure out what I needed to to identify the vampire.    Nicely done!  I would love to see this concept expands further, because the idea of no-lock in confirmation in deduction games that otherwise do (like obra dinn) has always excited me.  Nicely done!

I really appreciate the thorough reply!

Implementing "Mark as:" buttons seemed like such an obvious place to start, but as soon as I put a second of thought into it, I realized that "mark innocent" is the first button people would look for and it just didn't make sense in this case. So suddenly I was left with "mark thrall" and "mark sus", which I just ran with. I really should have had text descriptions pop up to make things more clear, huh?

There's definitely a cool puzzle system in here if I could actually figure it out. The core game loop contradicted itself whenever I tried things like "thralls always lie", and I just couldn't get to the bottom of it before the 4-day Count Down count down counted down. I knew it was a little half-baked but that's why we're here, right? Thanks so much, friend.

Character prompts are unclear and some of the text boxes are visible text. Other than that, neat little game! Great music and art combo here, feels lively and festive with a bit of mystery.

Not quite sure how im supposed to deduce anything, but enjoyable art and sound design

You and me both... Turns out writing clues for a game like this is a lot harder than I expected! Thanks for writing.

I like it, even though I don't fully understand how the game works

Thanks friend!

I don't know if its just my computer but the text "A human has turned into a Thrall" does not appear but the box where it suppossed to show up in the screenshot does. Same goes for the exit button after the game ends.

It's uh.. part of the mystery!
