How does your game fit the theme?
All minigames are both countdown-themed, and have countdowns for double count-downing of countdowns, which I hope counts (down)

Bootzkin, though there's no shot I get mentioned lol

I like how each minigame had a countdown but also the mechanics in the minigames were countdowns! So double the kudos for double the theme :)
oh wow! i love warioware so glad to see something like this. this is really fun, a good foundation for something that i hope gets updated in the future.
Really fun foundation for a game here, I think as some have said the game could benefit from more variety but other than that, a really well rounded game!
This was fun! Also very “count down” themed which is nice.
The games do get pretty repetitive after a few plays. As others have said increasing the difficulty, but not only by making the time shorter but just variance in the minigames. For example, at some point I knew exactly where to shoot the cowboy so it wasn’t really a challenge.
Heya! This is Brogan from the RIT workshop. This is a very charming set of minigames; I love the clever ways you related them all to the theme, and I was especially a fan of the text message one! (the Zuko message sent me)
I do think the game might benefit from some feedback when you fail a minigame; the game keeps such a fast pace that sometimes I didn't notice when I lost a life and didn't realize what I'd done wrong. A few prompts, like the "count down arrows", flashed a bit too fast for me to see at first, but once I figured it out, I had a blast going through! The switching controls was a bit tricky at first, but I think the reaction time actually adds to the chaos of the game, and I'm a fan of it. Excellent work!
Great game :) I finished at 113 so I believe i saw all texts from you, gmtk, zuko and shrek :D Really fun :)
Really enjoyed this, might have gotten a little bit into it and played for 157 minigames before stopping urm.
Anyway, very fun game. You got a good general game feel (though how much the controls switch around can feel a bit weird especially with the mouse and backspace) and a cool style going. The audio also works well and especially hearing that completion sound is very satisfying which is important in these games duh. I also really like that you made each game be a unique interpretation of the theme. I'm rambling a bit but yes, very fun game.
My only notes (that looking here others have also said) are instruction text could be on screen longer and the difficulty should increase over time. But yea, good job.
nice work! i think this game really captures the essence of warioware. some suggestions i had in mind after playing:
- playing the minigames for the first time, i think the text came and went a little too fast, and i wasn't sure what to do for games. it took until my second run to grasp everything. having the text last a little bit longer in the early phases would help this solve this while also giving room for the game to speed up later on.
- speaking of speeding up, i think this game REALLY would have benefitted from some form of speeding up as time progressed, much like how warioware does it. faster music, faster timing, etc. adds to the level of stress and urgency as it gets progressively more difficult to manage the incoming challenges. that way the game can be easy to get into, but the difficulty scales alongside the player's skill at the game. it makes getting higher scores feel way more rewarding.
Holy, this game is stressful. I didn't understand every minigame, but the variety is nice. Good job!
fun minigames really! not sure if it is a bug but i need to restart the gmae then i can play again.
nice game! I was a bit lost in the beginning, but after a few tries I started getting the hang of it. Would suggest making what the player is supposed to do more clear. I'm still a bit lost on the arrow game >.<
I had the classic warioware-like vibe of "OMG what am actually supposed to be doing in this mini game" but I think that's just part of that genre? Maybe some refinement of the hints could help... anyway great game :D
Some fun vibes. I did not understand the game with the up and down arrows tho :O . Thanks for making this game! I think this is the best game with small minigames ive played in the jam so far!
This is a great short experience!! The art/UI is very well done and cohesive :D I always love a warioware style game
This is so cute! I love Zuko's firebending manifesto. I like the premise of "figure out how this minigame is played". I enjoyed the puzzle of figuring out what each meaning of "Count Down" might mean. Poor Count Dracula :( Though I'll admit, some of them went by so fast, I never quite figured them out. I enjoyed myself though, and enjoyed the silly! I also liked the control guide haha. "Take a guess" xD
