I really like the general concept and direction of the gam. I think that if it was a party game it would be very fun to play with some friends. The only thing is that sometimes itβs really difficult to move the objects how you want but when you achieve to move them how you want and pass the level is very satisfying :)

How does your game fit the theme?
The concept of the game is that you only have 20 seconds to hide before being found, therefore there is a 20 second count down every level.

Thank you, someone else said this game would work well as a party game which I had never considered... Maybe it's time to finally learn how to make multiplayer (or maybe not π )
Also yeah the object movement might be one of the jankiest scripts to ever grace the Godot engine, so I think I better rewrite that too lol
Fun little game! Controlling objects was tricky but that just made it more rewarding when you got things perfectly lined up. Interesting concept!
i love it it was so fun , but the object grabbing was really hard (and a bit glitched sometimes)
It was fun. I stuch on the 3rd level. IMHO colliders are not fuctioning fine. Sometimes when I push object at it's corner it works, sometimes not. Even in the same conditions! Maybe you should reconsider collision system to more simple?
Yeah pushing object with player doesn't really work, you can only really move them by clicking and dragging... This is a limitation with Godot's physics as it doesn't really handle moving colliders very well, but I'm sure it is fixable on my end. Another thing to consider when I inevitably make version two next week π
Pretty fun premise! The character art is very amusing and the controls felt pretty intuitive. Good job :D
GREAT ONE! I really enjoyed the object movemet! I think a lot of the fun came from not being able to control teh objects precisely so you end up panicking and just throwing stuff at the wall to try and get something to work. Great and silly!!!!
Very great gam. Not the same at everyone, the object control is kinda controlable for me, just move the camera and youβll able the control the object easier. Great job, and the test lv is too easy need to be harder XD
like everyone else, i think the idea was good but the main issue is the physics/movement of objects. the art and audio are good and the story is decent but its very hard to control the objects and move them where you want, because of multiple things:
- there are no shadows or way to determine if your object is in the correct location when mid-air
- its very slow to move objects and they all have the same weight. make most objects lighter but things like beds and closets stay the same since those can be heavier.
- its hard to rotate objects easily. you could try adding a way to rotate objects like scroll wheel while holding an object to rotate it in the direction that you hold from.
- the camera can't go very far down. it's my biggest complaint about the game since it has multiple downsides. it's very hard to look at your hiding spot/setup from other angles so it's hard to tell if it'll suffice and win you the game. it also makes it harder to move objects in most directions and prevent them from going super high up.
overall most things about the game are pretty good like audio and visuals but the execution for moving objects wasn't the best and needs some work.
1 - I never considered this, so I'll definitely implement some kind of "shadow", whether that be literal or not
2 - The speed of the objects was made slow to mask even more jankiness with how its programmed lmao, it would appear I'm destined to make a version two of this anyway so hopefully that jankiness wont be present, fingers crossed.
3 - this was something I considered adding but wasnt sure how to implement it within the time I had, but yeah definitely something to add
4 - this was honestly a huge oversite that I didnt really pick up on myself during playtesting, but is actually a really good point (that isnt very hard to fix loll)
But yeah I think I've got a shopping list of things to add for a second version after the jam. Thank you for playing my game :D
Funny idea, it is a bit difficult to control the objects, but a good start! I enjoyed it :)
Fun idea, I struggled with the physics a bit, and at times I thought I was hidden enough so was surprised I got caught, but still a good take on the theme.
I certainly humbled myself here… But the concept is silly enough that Iβd play something like this co-op with friends. Iβd just need time to practice! Love the mashup of hide and seek with tax fraud. π
Spent more time with this than I thought I would given I was frustrated with the physics, but it ended up being fun. Maybe someway of controlling them a bit more depending on your camera angle. Great job regardless.
I bit tricky to get the objects to move as you wish. The idea is great :)

I like the gameplay and idea, but the physics are kinda goofy. I wasn't able to beat the office level, it was too hard π . Good game good job :D
