You cooked with the idea i love it. Now things u might want to improve the most obvious thing is art secondly audio maybe also had lots of fun in this one Good luck for future entries :3

You bring up fantastic points, but I’m not sure I have the skill to improve over the horizontal slider and the button… they’re almost peak as is.

Precision physics games are always a bit awkward. Learning how someone's physics engine works takes time and can be frustrating since its black box rules. Wasnt a fan that I had to basically hit 0 exactly to pass the level when I was getting within .1 of 0. The game is purely trial and error

That said, I really do think this game has good potential. There are things to improve, was to forcast drop speed and stuff, but overall awesome job for 4 days.

Thanks I’m glad you played <3

It was actually more like 1 day lol, didn’t intend to enter the jam but this got stuck in my head and I had to make it. I’m glad I did, this has been a fun experience.

I’m glad you jumped into it and made something! All the more for a last minute entry!

Hah! I wasn't suspecting that I will like it so much. Sure game could use some assets and sfx and a bit of juice. But positioning godot logo to drop it in a right spot is suprisingly engaging and fun.

I also liked very much that you enable developer tools and the end. Cool little addition.

Good job, have fun with it.

Hahaha, this is nice. having just a slider and a button as the main thing is really unique

Developer

Anything more than a horizontal slider and a button is superfluous.

Submitted(+1)

Come on, of course I’m going to play it. Theres a horizontal slider and a button! Also cool level design with the different materials

Developer

You know I almost named this game A Button and a Horizontal Slider but that would have been a mistake.

simple but fun, lol

Honestly one of my favorite games from the jam. Little annoying at first, but once I got the hang out of, I really enjoyed it. Adding this one to my favorites folder.

Developer

Aww, I’m glad you enjoyed it <3

Expected nothing and got suprised! It's really soo much fun! Great Job!

Developer

Low expectations are where I thrive! Glad you enjoyed it <3

This was surprisingly allot of fun. Good game

tricky to dial in, and obviously no fancy graphics, but this is so damn creative. i'm a really big fan of this, especially the thing at the end

Super cool how simple yet interesting this game was. Enjoyed the ending a lot

Submitted(+1)

Simple, but really FUN!

Great game, no audio, no assets, but very fun! Also the "prize" is very interesting, though my computer didn't like it as much

Developer

The prize comes with no guarantee to work well haha, thanks for playing :)

Art is a little lacking which honestly gave me low expectations but I should not have judged based on that, very unique game with a cool mechanic, and right on the theme too. I think the only issue is it feels a bit slow at times waiting for the level to finish, and a little bit too much trial and error. But very well could be my lack of patience. Overall very nice job!

Developer

My real art is worse lol. I’m glad you enjoyed it :)

Truly this game has both a horizontal slider and a button.

Developer

Indeed, the slider is the most horizontal and the button buttons all day.

Super interesting! This is definitely a one-of-one concept in this jam. I'd maybe like some more game-y tools for the player to help them dial in on the correct location (maybe marking on the slider where the previous run was sent from). Otherwise enjoyed it and got to the end (the debug mode was fun!)

I got a perfect score once! I guess it makes up for the 25 tries it took for me to beat level 10. Fun little game!

Developer(+1)

OMG!

Submitted(+1)

Amazing! Reminds me of those flash games I used to play a lot back in the days. Lacks some music and sfx tho

Submitted(+1)

I played it all the way through, and the prize was worth it! You don't need to excuse yourself about the title screen etc. this was a great game, even with the minimal graphics. It was a great idea to have the slider fully reset so you can't just trial-and-error around a few specific points on the curve. No, you have to truly vibe it out, to feel the rhythms of the slider and the line, imagine the physics in your mind. Great entry :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks, yes the reset was on purpose. I’m glad you enjoyed the game and the “prize” <3
