How does your game fit the theme?
We took the GMTK 2026 theme "Count Down" and applied it directly to your keyboard. It's not just a timer ticking away—it's your robot's functionality. You start with a 9-cell battery. Every time a main battery cell is completely drained, the game freezes, and a terrifying countdown begins: You must permanently scrap one of your active control keys. Will you sacrifice your ability to move left (A)? Can you survive without dashing (Shift)? Are you brave enough to delete your jump button (Space)? If you don't choose in time, the system will randomly rip a key away from you! As the count down continues, your movement options shrink, forcing you to find entirely new, glitchy, and creative ways to beat the level using only the broken controls you have left.

A quick, charming, and enjoyable experience. The music is great, and the puzzle‑platforming feels engaging with lots of creative possibilities. Some UI and controls take a moment to grasp, but overall it’s a really strong and clever entry! Good job devs! :D
Woah! The tutorial is brilliantly designed. The level after felt like a big jump. There's a lot going on in the controls and button placement to me wasn't super intuitive, but maybe this would be a more natural controller game. The design is very impressive.
Fun game. Interesting concept. The robot is really cute doing his dance on the main menu. Good job.
Brilliant concept! Force you to strategize and change play style for your future moves!
I'm playing on a mac on Firefox Browser and the A & D key were not working to rotate elements. Also the M key was not working. COuldn't go through the tutorial 😩
It's a shame because the game looks gorgeous and the controls are great. It felt like a really good demanding platformer. I'll try on another device when I can
Gosh sorry about that... We'll find a chance to test it on mac and try to fix it, so so so sorry :(
Love the idea behind the game! I am not good enough at this style of game to get the really see the full potential of it, especially with a keyboard, though that's on me. Brilliant idea and seemingly great execution!
pretty good
Man what a quick and enjoyable game. I loved the music!
I felt a bit confused when I first loaded into the level, but by the end of my first run through I figured out most of the ui.
Great job! Your interpretation of the jam theme was very creative, and I think you turned it into a really fun game. I had a great time playing it.
Hope you get the chance to play my game too.
it's funny
Im sorry but it seems like you ai-generated the fit-the-theme response
Yes we're sorry :( English is not our mother language and we felt it hard to describe this in English, so we asked chatgpt to help. We didn't use any AI Generated asset in the game tho
The game is really fun to play as a puzzle platforming style game. The one issue that I had was the controls personally. Felt unintuitive to learn the controls. I got it, but it still wasn't comfortable. Other than that, very very good game!
Yoo, it's an amazing game, the concept was great and the art work here was just fire🔥. there are certain areas that need fix like the walking on the wall mechanic, and the overall key bindings and also the sudden stop of game to remove a key is kinda annoying actually..
Really nice game with multiple possibilities when you choose to remove the functions from your robot. It's a really tricky yet challenging game to play with creative thinking. Great work right there!
The artstyle is pretty cool! It was kinda hard but I managed to win with W,D,Space keys! I definitely had a lot fun!
I absolutely love the artstyle and how polished everthing feels! The music is also great and fits perfectly!
Awesome game!
This game was really well done and polished. I thought the bright materials in the world combined with the stylized UI looked amazing and contributed to the theme of the game by making it a little more lighthearted and friendly. I agree somewhat that the keys were unintuitive, but there's a lot going on controls-wise, so this is completely understandable. My biggest struggle while playing was guessing a bit when moving the world pieces. It slowed me down when, for example, I tried to rotate, only for the piece to rotate differently from what I was expecting. Maybe a preview of the rotations/movements would help with this? Great work!!
This is possibly the best tutorial I have seen! It has a lot of personality, as someone said, and you play with the camera angles very well. I really like the animations you had there and thought it was really enjoyable. It feels really nicely polished with effects and very well-fitting music.
To expand, you could consider adding a section on the input mechanic as well in the tutorial. I think you have a very creative concept; I get how it fits in well with the theme of the game and with the robot, but I found the moveset a bit overwhelming once I got started.
The problem I think the game has is that losing your moveset is very punishing. I know it's your connection to the theme, but I didn't really enjoy losing them based on time. As someone suggested, it also snowballs quickly. Once you lose one input, it snowballs into losing the rest of them very quickly when you naturally start losing control. And the decisions on losing inputs don't feel very meaningful; some movesets are clearly vital, like movement and jumping, so you just preserve those. Especially because the levels felt a bit random, I felt you can't really plan or justify preserving anything else. And this means the game doesn't make full use of the clearly well-made movement mechanics. I slightly feel the game could have benefitted from handcrafted levels instead of more procedural ones, at least the way it is now (but it is a very understandable decision for a game jam).
Overall its a very creative game with incredible execution; I just think the core gameplay could be changed a bit, and it would make an incredible game! But I found it very enjoyable overall!
Thanks for your comment, I agree. Time also makes the battery too harsh for players, and the level environments need to be designed more carefully. We'll optimize the game based on these points.👍
