Pretty awesome and super polished game the screenshake and squish animations are so juicy for a jam i loved the mechanics it fits the theme really good my only concert would be to make the delay hit cooldown to be longer so i dont get surrounded by the enemies and another last thing would be to make my shots push back enemies like some sort of powerup anyways, awesome game with so much polish to it.

How does your game fit the theme?
Let's be honest, the most terrifying Count Down in human existence isn't a ticking time bomb—it's your 7:00 AM alarm clock. We took the theme literally. You are locked in a frantic, life-or-death struggle against time itself... mostly because your bed is warm, the floor is cold, and your clock is actively out to ruin your life. Every wave you defeat is essentially you violently mashing the snooze button, desperately fighting to reset that cursed timer and claw back exactly 5 more minutes of glorious sleep!

The premise got a smile out of me before the first shot and then it drops you straight into the fight. The whole run took me about 5 minutes, which feels perfectly on brand for the title :) Big moment for me was realizing I could hold the button left mouse button instead of clicking, after that it was over for those alarm clocks and honestly everything else on screen. I earned my 5 more minutes of glorious sleep.
One note from my run, I wasn’t always sure what actually needed shooting versus just clearing the whole screen to be safe. And if you build on it after the jam, a fire rate cap or a reload could add some nice difficulty layers on top of the hold to fire chaos.
Do you have plans to develop the game further?
This is such a fun and simple game. I love it! For a while I didnt realize that the player can move, so I was shooting people from the center of the screen until the last round lol.
short, fun and really well polished, the movement is really well done! In conclusion is a really really good game congrats!!!
This felt so polished! I love the premise of the game, and the sprites for the enemies ✋😐🤚Great work!
Thanks for your feedback and for playing it. Glad you liked it :) Yeah true some choices are made in the last moment to make some of the element stop breaking like previously furniture were not breakable and the difficulty would ramp up a little bit too hard then usual keeping in mind of the casual players I had to tonned down the difficulty a lot. Might be a better option to like give players a choose difficulty it was my fault but I tried 😅😭
Really nice game feel! Everything had just the right amount of juice, so it felt satisfying to play. It's pretty easy to beat the game without even moving sadly, so maybe make the objects falling down from the sky damage the player, or add projectiles flying around that can't be destroyed? Still a fun game!
This is a very JUICY game! I love the theming which is kinda funny since I'm playing this at 2.30 am before I go to sleep lol. Love the effects and each hit feels so satisfyingggg. Though I do feel the difficulty of the game could be ramped up just a tiny bit to make it a bit more challenging. The artstyle is very simple and juicy but maybe a tiny bit more depth for it could have made it more awesome. Overall, I had fun with this one, such a short and bite sized game! Great work!
