How does your game fit the theme?
The countdown is more than just a launch timer—it represents humanity’s final hope. Every attempt begins with a 3-second countdown, followed by another mission toward the black hole. As players draw closer to the singularity, gravity warps time and space. Reaching the singularity gives humanity a chance to restore life on Earth, making the countdown central to both the gameplay loop and the story.

The gameplay is really engaging, and it works very well with the art. I did find the rocket a little difficult to control when trying to collect the items, though. Maybe I just haven’t figured out the trick yet?

very cool game

Fun little game! I wish there were more reasons to move though. For me the optimal strategy was to load on ammo and stand perfectly still and shoot if something came my way, which meant most of the time I was just watching my ship float forward. Still, it grabbed my attention for a couple runs! Also, it would be nice to have the shoot keybind in some key that does not conflict with the movement buttons (pressing forward and shooting at the same time is not very nice with the current keybindings). Spacebar would feel more natural.
Well done on the game! Good Job!

I really like how cute art is, you did a great job <3

Amazing idea and the art style is quite fitting. The game structure is pretty simple but intuitive. It will be a great base for a rouguelike game with further development. Great job :D

Oh it is kind of like a rocket launch rougelite, which is an absolutley amazing idea! Fun and unique take on the theme!

The art is lovely, and for some reason the way the ship jiggles and shakes when you use the thrust made me feel all giddy hahah, was great! That intro cutscene also set the tone fantastically!

The mechanics are simple but would be a great base to add even more abilities and systems, especially with the rougelite-upgrade system already in place!

Overall great job! :D

Love the music! I somehow beat the game on my very first try, so never got to experience the upgrade system.  hhh
Wonder if anything special happens if get caught by the aliens

This is a really cool and cute game, reminds me of really old Flash games! Very rarely could I ever pick up a power-up though just because of how fast everything was moving towards me, but otherwise very fun

Cute art style and a fun game! Some early indicators for incoming hazards and powerups would be a great addition, maybe even as an upgrade option. The cutscene was a lovely touch. Good job!
