The 3d models and music were amazing, this is one of the most polished games I've seen from the game jam. I think the gameplay was fun, but the fire and parasites were pretty slow and not as useful as just bombing everyone with force. Maybe you could have punished force by giving you a lower score the more violence you caused.

Cool game! It's a lot of fun to do targeted orbital bombardment, and I could see your interpretation of the countdown. Hope you can check out my game too!

Thanks!  I'll check yours out tonight!

A beautiful little game! I love the controls as well and especially that neat little touch that the colors change depending on which weapon you select :D I kinda wish the gameplay itself would be faster, perhaps more buildings and a faster fire rate would make it even more chaotic - very impressive though, you should be proud!

All fair critiques.  Happy you enjoyed!

I had fun destroying earth. I liked the hitchhiker perspective. I could absolutely see this being evolved into something similar to plague-inc only in reverse. If the humans spread more, or you had more abilities to counteract them, it could be a fun cat-and-mouse exponential number-go-up game.

Glad you see the vision! If we were to expand on this game, some sort of meta-progression would probably be pretty high on the list..

and also a button to close the game.

I finished the game in 7-8 minutes.

What I liked:

Visuals: The choice of colors, the font, the design of the screens, the planet itself with its atmosphere, the stars in the background, and the 3D models themselves.

Audio: Not intrusive and on-topic.

But:The gameplay is lacking; the issue isn't quantity, but variety. Either make it shorter or more varied.

Very happy you enjoyed!  I spent more time than I probably should've for a game jam modeling that Earth lol.

variety would absolutely be the top of the itinerary if we were to expand on this game post-jam.  Ambition killed our last jam project, so this one was kept pretty tame scope wise :)
