This game is incredible, I was having so much fun with it, but I just wish it was longer. Anyways, great job!
Tbh, my dumb ahh kept forget to read the tutorial, its made me confused on how to use boost until i accidently used it on time
just like me when playing others game fr fr
Great artwork and fun game. The boost mechanic is fun and makes the game difficulty perfect.Maybe having a bit more view on the next turn would make more satisfying the break usage to make slick moves ;)
So much style, so much polish, insane amount of work for 4 days, congrats.
Really well polished and fun little game! Looks great! Well done!
Polish is off the charts, obviously, and once I got a feel for the controls (After getting absolutely chump checked my first time around), they felt fantastic. I think a lot of jam games struggle with getting core movement down in a way that feels near-immediately satisfying, so this was like a breath of fresh air after wading through a bunch of other games. The track design is pretty varied, too (Though my first round repeatedly generated the same track segment over and over again. Bug, maybe?), and I also love the addition of shortcuts.
I think with the countdown mechanic it was a little tricky to find openings where I wanted to go for a shortcut, and the camera felt a little too zoomed in on my player to spot shortcuts from afar and plan ahead. Like, the map design and the core mechanic felt a little bit like they were butting up against each other in a way that kinda just made me stick to the main track while playing a timing minigame. Thankfully the main track still had the collectibles & wasn't too stale, so I don't think it was a huge detractor.
Hope to see this team come back for another jam, cause you guys very clearly have the sauce.
Pretty fun , I would have like for it to have restart button that doesnt require me to redo the tutorial each time .
glad you had fun!
you could enable skip comic intro & tutorial in the settings
really cool game!!
Really enjoyable with the neat mechanic of having to time your boosts, great game!
It was interesting and cool.
This was pretty fun! I love the visual style, that was probably my favourite part about this whole game, especially the little tutorial haha. Interesting take on the theme, with a pretty solid execution. Pretty good sound design as well. Good job guys :D
