I really liked the idea and it was cool to decide the fate of the world like that, but having the choice presented from the very beginning made the decision to click it not feel as consequential especially if you hadn't heard the logs yet and received any messages. Maybe starting right away by receiving a new message and awaiting new info wouldve been better, and only be able to do the final decision at the last 10 seconds? Nevertheless, well done!

Damn what a game, the coutdow, the presentation, the gradual comprehension on what is at stake ! Perfect 5/5 I just which there was more missions! I really was fully immersed!
Loved that the game was based on historical data, I decided based on the 99.8% error which made the game quite short for me ( i know its bs). It would be nice to add some kind of guard against this like "hey are you really sure you barely explored the logs?" Congrats on the first game tho, its good!
Short but very interesting! I loved the detail of only having one shot and showing the global statistics.
I already knew the story, but I think it’s really cool that you turned it into a little game! I hope lots of other people get to discover it too.
Having the game ground in a real historical event is very interesting. It really made me think about our relation to video games and real world tensions. The game is also really well made and has a real visual appeal. It is amazing you managed to do that alone in 4 days, congrats !
Short but really interesting! I'll admit I may have launched a retaliation but I was a bit confused and overwhelmed to begin with. Once I replied I suddenly realised I was meant to, you know, read the text (that'd be a good start, huh...). But really cool game!!! The permanent decision making feels really impactful for such a interesting real-life story.
This was actually extremely well thought. It perfectly fits the theme and it really makes you think whether or not it is a false alarm! There were 3 aspects that made the game considerably more interesting: The fact that you can only decide once, the little bar at the end showing what most of the player had chosen, and the fact that it was based on true events! Incredible job. Short but very interesting and fun.
Oh! Such a smart game. I love the historic side of it with the explanation at the end. That's quite a great take on the theme and it really works. I was a bit confused at first as I was looking for the gameplay I kinda clicked randomly (as the dumbass i am) and launched the strike immediatly. It's only at the second run that I took the time to get all the information exposed to really get a sense of the situation. Congratulations!
AWESOME submission! I love the concept and it is perfect for this game jam theme! The stress was very real and the situation felt dire - great job setting the tone! I my only critique was that there's a lot going on in the UI, but it was really small and a little difficult to see. Otherwise, an amazing experience! It was really cool how you implemented the percentages of players who succeeded and failed, as well!
So good. We actually had the same idea for this exact scenario and spent 2 days of the jam making a game about deciding wether the alarm is false or true. But we couldn't figure out a way to make it work for multiple alarms in a row... You nailed it with your idea to make it only playable once! Nice job and solid work! :)
I like the only played once concept. I just had trouble finding out what I was even looking at for the first 30ish seconds. It would be nice if there was a tutorial screen to just see what the radars are before a crisis even starts.
Really interesting take on the theme! Nicely put together too, well done!
