Cool idea and some interesting puzzles, good submission!
As a puzzle game lover, that's a very cool and cute escape game! Nice pixel art and programming. I think some feedback sound on the safe when a wrong code is entered could have been a useful little addition.
The art is awesome!
Cool graphics and awesome idea overall!
Very thinky game! I love these escape room typa games. I love how each code that you put is semi randomised so I can't exploit it each round. Some of the things that are in the game are also clever like the use of colour though the general knowledge questions can sometimes be a bit hard for me to figure out (but I figure it out after a while). I wish there were a slight more creativity other than just the timer but I really like the effects of the drinks that you put there. I like the narrative as well but I do wish there were a more satisying ending (I do know that there are multiple endings and I think I got the best one but it wasn't as satisfying as I thought it would be). But its already really good for a game jam game! The artwork is pretty good and the audio is implemented wel! Overall, I really like the puzzle aspect of the game and I love the art but there are a couple of things to improve to make it much more awesome! Great work!!
The style and music go well together. It was really exciting to play. I had to note a few things down on paper to figure out the solution :-)
Like the inclusion of some optional objects for extra dialogue, buffs and the good ending! Having the code not always be the same is also a nice touch. The swinging light also helps sell the idea of this being a dishevelled room you're thrown into.
I enjoyed the story and I was surprised that the numbers changed, so good job. I did get the USB stick but I'm definitely confused why they left it behind given the incriminating evidence within.
I like how there was something extra you could do to get a better ending! The clues for the yellow numbers being different each time was also a nice touch and encouraged me to play it again to unlock the second door too
I always love playing games within games. :D
For me, the hardest part was memorizing all six numbers, haha.
Maybe an inventory system would be cool, to store numbers and items.
I also like that the items and numbers were shuffled each playthrough.
Really cool idea and very fitting for the theme.
Good job! <3
The jumping minigame was really hard for me for some reason LOL. But the artwork is neat! It's cool that the numbers for the code are different each time!
Really like the mix of the real-time timer and adventure game mechanics that use up that time!
