Oh, I liked that. Gameplay feels accurate and smooth. Also I liked an art, it's bright. I think you should add more screenshots and some banners/imgs in description on your gamepage. It will be more simple to get downloads from people.

You did a great job, I will be glad if you play my game too <3

Great use of the limitation. The gameplay is enjoyable, and it feels like a very well-polished game

Very nice game and concept! I had to do a few tries to actually understand it tho, really nice sound effects btw

Simple yet effective! I had to try multiple times to understand the controls, but once you get used to them, the gameplay flows really smoothly. Redirecting rockets was fun. The grappling mechanic is cool, but the level design lacks some verticality. Good game tho !

Reached a score of 27000+! That was fun :) Slowly figuring out how the game works and getting better at it was rewarding. Also slowly figuring out everything was controllable was cool. Love the idea of having simple art but making good use of effects.

The rocket guy often k*lls themselves tho lol. And I didn’t feel the need to use the grappling ability as I felt mobile enough with the double-jump.

Great, great job overall!

I really like the style! The game is really cool and has a lot of polish. The controls were initally a little confusing but I got the hang of it pretty quick. I didn't love the concept of running out of mind power because that was the only way to defend yourself. I did really like the main idea of telekeniss and using the weapons of your enemies. It is somewhat similar to what I did. Great job!

I also found the quickly draining Mind bar to make the game overly difficult. And the range isn't that large on the ability to pick up items. Other than that, a really good game of course! Good variation with items to launch at the enemies and the grappling hook inclusion was a good idea too.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I'm finding I don't like the tuning on the mind power in my final submission. I had where it was basically impossible to run out before and i think it was more fun then

I got a 28k score and reached level 14! It took me a little while to get used to the controls. Maybe having an easier first level with no shooting enemies, and not having them right on top of you from the start, would've made the onboarding a bit smoother because I died a few times before I really got everything.

The progression is cool, being able to pick up more and more objects over time, until you can even grab the enemies themselves. A few freeze frames and some extra feedback would've been nice to give the kills even more impact.

Once you get the controls down and start flying through the air to catch bullets before they hit you, I thought that felt really cool.

One small note about the controls: personally, I would've put grab on holding left click and throw on releasing left click instead of using two different mouse buttons, but that's just my opinion. Other than that, it's well executed! Good job.

Developer

Funny enough, it was originally a hold and release with left click for the throwing. I can't really remember why I decided to rework it but you've got me thinking

I think if enemies died in one hit, it would give a stronger feeling of being an all-powerful entity that controls everything and can destroy you, making the gameplay feel much more satisfying. I like the character’s movement and how the powers feel. It looks quite polished, and I think with that small change, it would be amazing to just push forward and destroy everything in your path
