Cool start screen, and transition screen effects. The art style is neat, creative approach to the 1bit style
Couldn't go to sleep for a minute because I don't know what the nightstand is🤦♀️. Good story, the mini-games were also fun. I though I wouldn't beat the game, because I'm so bad at finding clues and decipher hints, which note said anything about the cooking, ha.
Lovely! the music is fire, the art and colors are very comfortable and unique, the writing is great especially for the time amount. just overall goodjob this is a very well rounded and decent entry
Great game! The music, art, gameplay, and story all work together really nicely and tie into that same melancholy feeling. It takes some guts to go for such dark subject matter in a jam, and you really pulled it off. The minigames were fun and varied, and I like how everything tied together in the little puzzle at the end. For my taste, there were just enough hints on that puzzle to point me in the right direction without feeling hand-holdy nor overly difficult :)
Really well done all-around!
This game was so beautiful, sad, fun, and interesting. I wanted to complete the game and did just to find out the secret the game was hiding, and it was so tragic. );
The only part of the game I didn’t like was the sound that played in the beginning when you pressed something you weren’t supposed to press… That’s about it though.
Overall, such a great game, I’m glad I played it!
loved the art , it was so attractive 😍
Thank you! *^^
really beautiful, the art and writing and music. the minigames were super fun too. loved it
This game is very unique, the best parts of a game jam is that you can twist the theme till something beautiful comes out of it, not only is the art gorgeous, but the story its trying to tell is beautiful and emotional, it slowly unravels until you get it, this game while following the theme of sleep was never about sleep and i think this is very good, im definitely giving this game a high rating, it deserves it!
Woow what a beautiful game not only in the art (Gosh I loved the art!) but in story too! Emotional and I felt so bad for them </3 yet <3 The click and drag is really nice but there was moments where I got a lil frustrated cause I didnt know what I was doing. The washing machine for exempel. I got a full basked on both but nothing happened. I clicked the "knob" on the machine and it quited. Was unsure if I had done it or not but didnt find a note. And sadly the gituarr minigame didnt want to work with my keyboard (noitce this happens alot in "Play in browser")
But over all the game was wonderful! Would like some more feedback to the player if you are doing it right but its a Jam and that is super understandable! Welldone!!!
Yay thanks for playing : D Im glad you liked the art and the story!
This is a cool point and click! The art looks really good and the story had me very engaged. I do wish there was a bit more indication about what I could click on and what I couldn't but overall a very interesting submission.
Interesting submission! Always like to see a serious subject matter tackled with a jam game. Art and everything was very clean, and the minigames were varied. The music was good too!
Feedback wise, I'd have liked the interactables in each room to be outlined to make them stick out a little more. The safe puzzle took me longer than I care to admit, the first icon was a little hard to decipher - but I got there. It would be nice to be able to look at the number clues while interacting with the safe, but I get why that might not have been possible to implement.
Overall you can really see the care and effort that went in - great work!
Thank you! I do agree there was a lack of feedback to know if you're doing the right thing, thats something we can improve on!
