Theme explanation
Our game is set in hell, SPECIFICALLY THE FIRST LAYER OF HELL!!! also, our game has a cooking mechanic where you create and STACK LAYERS of cake, so we think it has conveyed the theme well

Seems like you already got the feedback from others about the difficulty, I'll just add a small thing: enemies attacking and being able to grab me straight as I spawn in the room before the loading even finishes is a bit cheap, not sure if it's just a web build quirk or not - didn't see that in the youtube video. Other than the difficulty, great job guys!

Painted To FitThis is so so cute!! The art is amazing, we love Amelie & Beelzebub. The humor in the dialogue is great and very charming. The game is definitely challenging but we were able to get the boss down to about half health. Would love to play a full version of this with more layers and polished combat!

Only thing is, we really are in hell, I find it so difficult to survive in the dungeon ! I can't manage to pass even the first one. But beautiful work honestly !
