Great cover art, and I'm very thankful for the simple, highly readable layout. There's a very cool idea here that gels well with the sci-fi side of Appendix N, and I like the void die mechanic. I do wish a bit more space and detail had been dedicated to the tile locations or giving the different void entities a more direct tie to the void die and twisting the players into their corrupted forms.

Great cover design and some awesome monsters - they remind me of Prey (2017). Everything you need for a game session is here, except perhaps for a reason why.

It is SO refreshing to see some more of the sci-fi side of appendix-n. This is a fantastic submission and kudos to you for fitting both a system and an adventure setup in 4 pages (with cool cover art to boot!)
Concise and easy to read. The cover is excellent, the prose is evocative and the layout makes for a supplement which looks like it wouldn't be a challenge to run. I like the blocks for paragraph sections and the use of strike-through. I'm always a sucker for that sorta thing!
The void die is just so damn slick. This is one I could play over and over.
