Top notch indeed, a lot of rooms and everything is greatly conceived
Quick notes while reading:
I love this dungeon. It looks simple in its design but I guess there will be quite a bit up and down during the session. We’ll need a bigger, unnumbered version of the map, of course :-D
The layout is a bit all over the place. It seems logical structure of the room texts was sacrificed to the strict three row design of the inner pages. The big graphical borders (e.g. between 5 and 6) implicate the changing of a floor. This happens again and again. As the maps fit onto a column and there are many freely placeable illustrations strewn about, I thnk this could have been done a bit less confusing.
It’s a great story and dungeon, when I have to resort to nitpicking the column-breaks ;)
Loved the colors, especially that luscious shade of purple! The layout was a lil crowded in places, but that’s totally understandable considering you jammed in 5 usable maps! Madness!
The module itself seemed quite fun, and the clock wasn’t overly punishing either- which increases the likelihood of the Cultists yeeting a captive into the pit during the final battle. A tragic, but hilarious, visual for the PCs.
The adventure is packed with content, although the layout seems a bit chaotic to me. Anyway, it looks like a lot of fun. I really like mummies as enemies, and I don't think I've ever used them before. The carnivorous ibis really made me laugh. I really like the idea of including a timer to create a sense of urgency. Great job!
The fact you managed to squeeze a 20+ room dungeon into this space is wild! Excellent theming and extra points for the abundance of purple.
Delightful. I like how much there is to do and see. the art is very good, consistent and colorful. I think this would be a wonderful adventure to run.
Absolute Appendix N!
Art, layout, design, fantastic. I enjoy how playable this adventure is, very straightforward. Some nice puzzles to figure out, different ways to navigate, and a nice climactic conclusion awaits. The Ritual Timer is probably my fav detail.
Great art choices and love the colours.
Tentacles, elder gods, mummies and inverted pyramids, all bang on theme for Appendix N and the title.
The timer mechanism is nifty and a great pressure device.
I liked the dungeon design. Plenty of interactivity and interesting things to do.
Great job, man!
This is such a tight gem of material! I have very few notes! If this was expanded out into 16 or 32 pages I would put a physical copy on my shelf and on my game table post-haste!
I appreciate the 'the timer increases each time a 6 is rolled' advancement down the ritual table - I will be borrowing that mechanic for the presence and then arrival of Titanic Beasts of the Land in some of my own games - too much game activity invariably draws the gaze of the great Hoofed One...
This is so nice and legible for me, the bolding helps a lot too for when skimming through. I love the look of it all and the hand drawn maps :D
This is a really fun trip through some Lovecraftian weirdness. Gorgeous illustrations too.
