We added the keybinds and known issues to the page, but you are right that it is a bit unclear right now. 2/3 of us were learning the engine that jam, so we ended up not getting in any of the final UI design. Hope the keybinds help somewhat.

VERY creative usage of the keyboard

but like the others, i think i fail the yoga class whenever I need to breath :P

Yeah the breathing is done by pressing the mouse buttons (right click and left click)
