That's how you work a prompt! everything in this is so well conceived, confideldy developped, daring, i love it. That's a great, fresh yet deep rooted in traditiona l pulp tropes, idea. Great! Could easily be a winner, in my personal top ten for sure.
Thank you very much for your review!

I am a fan. Multiple realities, mirrored dungeon, simple ye differentiated layout makes it trivial to understand and read, and the dungeons distinguish themselves from each other. I love the continuum of science-fiction - science-fantasy - fantasy here. The possibilities to move to different realities really spices it up. If I could offer one critique it would be to remove some of the labeling from the map as it adds clutter, The colors, drawing, and keys already did that work for you very clearly. Excellent work!
Thank you very much for your comments; I'm glad you liked it!
I love the idea of traveling through multiple reflected universes through the mirrors, and really well done with using the color codes to better distinguish each universe!
Yes, from the moment I received the title, I knew I would have to use mirrors in some creative way. Trying to fit all my ideas onto a single page was truly the most challenging part, and I had to leave a lot out. Thanks for the comment!
Very much nailed the Appendix N visuals here. And the color-coding helps make keeping the worlds straight effortless. Great work.
You've also come up with a very Appendix N worthy high science-fantasy concept. This feels ripped from the pages of a 1970s novel from a convenience store spinner rack.
"The V'rek are not aggressive, but will attack in self-defense if they feel threatened, taking prisiones if win." has a typo and is missing a word.
Is this actually your first published adventure, or just your first at itch.io? This is a hell of a debut if this is your first time publishing.
Thank you for taking the time to read it and write such a thorough review. Unfortunately, it came out with a few errors that will be corrected once the jam is over and I'm allowed to upload a new version.
Yes, this is my first published adventure, and I'm very happy with the reception it's getting! thanks!
This is a really cool entry that matches it title perfectly (I like that there's not only one but two worlds to potentially explore). Great Layout and visual design.
Thank you so much!
Criminally underrated submission. It's everything you'd expect from an old school pulp fantasy adventure and more, nice work!
Oh, thank you so much for your kind words!
Incredibly well-designed dungeon, hella on-theme, wild-ass world building that feels like a lost SNES JRPG. Killer stuff.
Thank you so much for taking a look and for your review!
The entire panel dedicated to some wild worldbuilding is such a treat. The alternate worlds are weird but apocalyptic enough not to disturb the likely base Shadowdark vibes too terribly if a party happens to end up trapped within them.
As a result of the above the contents of the rooms for the dungeon(s) are super dense and will absolutely require study from a GM to be prepared to run. This is not necessarily a good or bad thing and if anything is a chance to point out that all of the sections are helpfully color coded and the readability of text and layout is great.
Finally, I could be wrong but there's only one mention of something of value here, a 15gp dagger. A high tech gun serves as the only other generator of XP in the content.
Thank you for taking the time to read it and write a detailed review! Yes, the room descriptions are indeed quite long, but I'm still getting used to OSR's concise writing style. It's also true that it's short on treasures, unfortunately due to space limitations. I've learned a lot participating in this jam. Thank you!
Your entry is a fantastic effort and the form factor is always a challenge! Any criticism is just to help us all get better at the job!
Keep up the good work!
Heya,
I'm working on organizing a collaboration between all of the Shadowdark creators from Appx. N Jam. If you're interested find me on the SD Discord or msg on bsky.
Great work in all categories. Wonderful wierd science concept.
Thank you so much!
I love the colour-coded call outs for the different levels and rooms.
Thank you! I'm glad you liked it!
Trippy and creative! Nice work!
Thank you!
It's crazy impressive how much you were able to jam into this! The pamphlet format works really great for this. I am a big fan of the random events.
Thanks for the review!
