How does the game fit the theme?
You need to build an army and win battles, but you can't trust your commanders' skills because they don't tell you the full story.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?

Cool game! I was shocked when one of my general start killing my troops XD That was unexpected and I banish him immediately! I wish to have more levels and more types of enemies! Thank you for this game!

Didn't expect there to be a turn-based strategy game here but it's great, if not a bit hard. I do kind of wish you could choose more than 3 soldiers, but I feel that's intentional here.

Well done!

Great game, loved the isometric cube style for the battles. Well done!

Nice game, ending kinda sad

Interesting game! Not my style, but I did like how you implemented the theme by making the generals flawed. Great job!

I really like how you guys implemented the idea by making the leaders untrustworthy and unreliable, the game also kinda reminded me of mewgenics so that adds, great game

I liked the concept alot actually but it's hard to get into when the art assets feel like they don't fit together very well. it feels like a game that could be really good with more polish. also sometimes pressing Q didn't switch units to attack mode

Good concept. It lacks clarity and some quality of life (I accidentally healed an enemy unit, and I lost because of it).

When I saw the screenshots it reminded me of Polytopia. I really liked the game but I also really suck at it. Overall very cool!

Awesome submission! Was fun trying to deduce what each hire's flaw was. Would be nice to have a clearer instruction/tutorial. :^)

Too much text for me. How everything works is still kinda unclear to me. But battle mechanics and looks are nice
