How does the game fit the theme?
ShroomGuys are scattered in all levels to guide or trick you. You should'nt trust yourself too much either, since the map isn't rigged in your favor.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All assets and every line of code was made in the 7 day duration.

How many people worked on the game?

The art work is so cute! I love how the tutorial level reveals more and more, instead of having multiple levels. I feel like it sets up the hijinks well.  The music is super chill.
The game controls feels a little... off? kinda slidey. Maybe I just need to git gud, but i feel like it wasn't stopping as fast as it should when i stopped pressing a button.

Love the art, and the style of gameplay reminds of i wanna be the guy LOL! Just drives me crazy! But it's awesome!

The visuals and sfx were really nice!
I liked the level design a lot too!
My only critique was it felt like the player took to long to accelerate.
Besides that I had a lot of fun!

Very cute style! I dont usually like ragebait platfromers (idk how the genre is called) and this one raged me a bit, but it was cool! I feel like the spikes hitboxes are a little bit unforgibing

A platformer fueled entirely by "trust issues" was actually on our idea board too!

The art style looks fantastic and the sound effects add the perfect amount of satisfying juice to the actions. That said, I am officially convinced that I am simply too old for this level of precision: level 3 humbled me completely. I can toss the shroom clean into the shroom grinder every time (that satisfying "aaaah!"  is pure gold), but sticking the landing afterward is where my platforming skills are missing.

Major Super Meat Boy vibes in the best, most painful way possible. Really fun and punchy entry!

Those shrooms sure fooled me! The aesthetics of this game are really solid (so was the music but it didn't loop). The movement is a bit floaty, which made some precision platforming pretty frustrating
