How does the game fit the theme?
My game "Bad Advice" fits the theme "Trust No One" as it is a platformer game with many trolls and you can't really trust them whether it is right or wrong. That's how it fits the theme.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
The code and assets I did not make from scratch for the jam are some background maps for the levels of my game, audio, and some characters, etc.

How many people worked on the game?

such a fun rage game, i love the idea, only issue for me is the background for some levels is a bit blurry and still had a watermark but very creative otherwise!

Top-tier rage bait right here! It drove me crazy at first, but it is so satisfying once you finally figure out what to do and pull it off

Developer

Thanks

And I also think so that it's not much like" omg what to doo"

It's pretty easy when you figure it out.

Glad you liked it:)

This is awesome - and a real test of patience. I fell for the discord ping twice!

Developer(+1)

Thanks!

And yeah, it is meant for ragebaiting people ๐Ÿ˜‚

The levels were very well designed and I fell for a few tricks! XD

Developer

Thanks!!

I really liked the core ideas and found the levels dificult and rewarding once completed. I found myself trying stupid things like jumping into the yellow void

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Thanks so much.

And yeah, I really thought so much of level Ideas ๐Ÿซก

Congrats on finishing and uploading your first gamejam submission! This is my first gamejam aswell.
I really liked your idea about not trusting the game itself. The platforming is super barebones, but I think it kinda fits for this type of game. Some nice sound effects would have helped it alot tough! Using Nintendo's music is a no-go for me personally. Your creativity makes up for that. :-) I hope you don't feel offended. I wanted to give some genuine feedback.

This reply means a lot to me โค๏ธ

Thanks for telling your genuine thoughts on this game, and I know there are some problems in this game as I've been learning game development on Godot for only about 2 months. I'll surely improve these...

Submitted(+1)

Just two month? Wow!  really think, you should be proud of yourself

Developer

Really? Then I should be really proud ๐Ÿ˜…

And I'm playing ur game rn. Soon I'll also rate it

I love the concept of the game overall. I hadn't thought of making a troll game like this hahaha. It's genuinely great, and it fits the jam really well. Excellent work!

Developer(+1)

Glad to hear that!! ๐Ÿ’“

Thanx for this review...

And yeah, I really thought of this type of game for the jam! ๐Ÿ˜‚

Not hard at all, I don't even know how many times I died on just one level lol.

Developer

Thanks for rating.

And yeah, it is made for bit rage baiting people and having trust issues with game ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Enjoyment: Fun but rage bait type of idea.

Gameplay: Short but fun because you don't know what to expect.

Innovation: It is a unique idea, I have not seen many platformers like this.

Theme : You nailed the theme

Visuals: Some blurry UI images, fake buttons, the platformer assets were decent!

Audio: Some good audio direction at the start
