How does the game fit the theme?
Can you truly trust your surroundings, or even your thoughts?

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I made all the assets myself, besides the font but that was free for personal use.

Update:
Edr : Jump SFX
freesoundcommunity : Hurt, Death
bobbeats : Background : Music

Great game on the theme,  super fun to figure out on my own. Love your style too. Keep it up!

Thanks, it's always appreciated. I'll make sure to check your game out too :).

Lovely game, the way the obstacles were implemented was certainly interesting to figure out. I was able to get some serious air on that mushroom haha

Developer

Yeah, that was an accidental bug that somehow turned into a final feature, I guess. Glad you had fun :).

I like the pixel art, and I found something rather amusing about the text "YOU KILLED HIM". I would say adding a little audio or music could help with the atmosphere. I would also make it a little bit more clear what is doing damage to the player and why. Otherwise though, it's a neat experience. I hope you continue participating in game jams!

Developer

Thank you for your feedback I'll hopefully update the game soon with some music.

Lovely. Would like to see some lore for it. Also, even a bit of sounds would make the difference!

Developer

Yeah, thanks for the advice. I was actually going to add lore, but during the week of the Jam, I was also a little busy, so I sadly couldn't implement all my ideas. Even so, it's always appreciated. I'll make sure to check yours out too.
