So, first things firs: the style and the theme interpretation are great, love the vibe and the way it feels. The not so great: predefined stuff, would prefer some more randomness and the optimization. I understand that unreal is hard to optimize if you're not used to it and you're using for a quick project, in those cases I would say use a pre-made optimized template OR use unity which in itself is lighter.
