I don't care about the copied text too much, but when they use them same artwork, i get suspicious too.
But is the common sense here really that scamming people is less "disrupting" or harmful to anyone, then hinting at such things?

What you call “hinting” looks to me like spamming the forum with accusatory posts. There are better way to handle this, that involve support.
ive already messaged support and they havent done anything, which is no surprise. I dont give a shit what it looks like to you because you're clearly not concerned with protecting the community. Harassing me for harassing scammers. Look at their portfolios, they have fake names, multiple portfolios (that have stolen art or AI art), they spam the forums, create multiple accounts, have no itch profiles, no socials, no internet footprints whatsoever. They have taken my money and several other people have had issues with them and thanked me for calling them out on their posts.
as far as you can tell? got no brain cells eh? yes, I am trying to tell you how to do your job, because you aren't doing anything to stop them from scamming people, and instead harassing me. you can find this profile on my older post. Carl johnson (zenoracreative) has now changed his name to AlexMason in the forums, but he forgot to delete his old links. so his Carl Johnson post now links to "AlexMason". Go use the link and tell me I'm wrong. The art pictured is clearly Penusbmic - a well known pixel artist who sells/gives away those asset packs. you should know him here on Itch. He is using multiple accounts, changing his names/profiles, and trying to use someone elses art as his portfolio. Wake Up. I have already sent this to support multiple times, and I have already told you. It would be nice for you to threaten these scammers instead of me. I have countless more examples, yet you somehow failed to ask for evidence and just started harassing me instead? Defending scammers is part of moderation?
