Thanks! Yeah, times are long on purpose-- it's meant to be played over the course of days, weeks, and even months. :-D So definitely not for everyone, haha. It's designed so you can play async and just check back in whenever you want, even on your phone. Or play in the background while you're doing other stuff.  The long real-time durations for buildings and travel time are meant to add to the feeling of epic scale of the galaxy.
