How does the game fit the theme?
The players will question who they can trust in this visual novel of heartbreak and broken trust.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
We used a plugin called "Dialogic" to save time on hard-coding the visual novel gameplay from scratch.

Interesting game maybe a tad long.
Always nice to see other people using Godot.
How was your experience with Dialogic ? We considered it for our game but didn't take the plunge early enough for it to be worth it
I couldn't get this game to work. I'm on linux and I get the error "invalid name" when attempting to open. I also tried using steam's proton as well and no luck. Also I highly recommend including all three files in a zipped folder instead of having players install the three files manually. This will make the player experience more convenient when using the download option.
Thank you for the feedback!!! I'm really sorry for the late response, it's been hectic and we completely forgot about including Linux in the export. We're still learning as a team, so there's definitely going to be a lot of mistakes still but we'll do our best to make sure to not repeat this one! We're unsure yet on how to proceed with this project, because it's our second-ever game jam as a team, but if there's a next update, we'll make sure to include Linux in our exports. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Usually linux users can run windows games so I don't know if the platform is the issue or not. It's something worth troubleshooting. Also, happy seeing your team making mistakes. It means you guys are trying and aren't letting fear of perfection get in the way of moving forward. Best of luck towards your future projects!
