Promised I'd play, so here am I! I love the whimsical writing on the presentation page! There are a few typos that could be reviewed to make both the presentation page and the game feel a little more polished and professional.

I actually loved the different crimes, like the stolen wallet, the drugs, etc. It made the game really fun and engaging! Thank you for introducing me to it.

I honestly think you could have expanded the concept by creating more cases and dividing them into different chapters. It feels almost impossible to catch everything in a single scene, especially when we don't really know what we're supposed to be looking for at first. I think separating the game into different sections or cases, with each one focusing on a different crime or situation, could make the concept even more interesting and give players more time to understand what they need to pay attention to.  Edit: after finishing the game, i kind of understand the mechanic of 3 cases per partie de jeu, pour aussi pouvoir augmenter la replayability. Nice lil game and I am such a fun of the artwork whattt???

Heya, thank you so much for the feedback!

English isn't our first language so it's possible that some typos could have slipped here and there (especially because Splinky's dialogue was all written at 4 am lmao)

I understand the issue with not really knowing where to look, many commenters have already pointed that out. The truth is we run out of time and didn't really have a varied enough spectrum of testers, so we didn't have many outsider feedback. We were also a bit scared of making the game too trivial if the crimes were too obvious or slow, so we preferred a harder experience that rewards replayability to a mediocre first experience were everything is easily solvable (though in a jam setting, it's usually better not to make people play your game twice, so I don't think there's any correct answer).

We're really glad you enjoyed the artwork! Dulcis worked super hard on it and she has a really unique style

Many thanks for taking such an in-depth look :)
