Hello there,

Played the 11.0 demo version, here are some feedbacks :

  • opening char menu before first combat => mates with 0 hp.
  • attributes level up, "+2" can be upgraded with 1 points with basic level up, when it did cost 2 points when upgrading lvl 0.
  • if click on the "future update boss", the map zoom in for no reason.
  • In battle, need a way to cancel attack choice (to not use SP without reason).
  • In battle, need a way to pass turn (SP generation for second/third char) other than attack+full miss
  • Is there a way to check relationship level ? We earn points, cant see how much / unlockable. (at least in the demo).
  • The early is slow. 13 battles with little interest (beside getting use to the QTE maybe?)
  • QTE for attacks is working okayish. Even if the order seems to be "miss - perfect - good", never did a "good" from being too fast.
  • QTE for defense is questionable. Usually got 100% successful block when clicking after hearing the bleeding sound.
  • Why is the red goblin not a boss, yet appears alone in a combat? was surprising, especially after we got a scene with him acting like a boss + different artwork.

Overall the dialogue are fun, even if the relationship between angeline and the apprentice acts a bit fast without more background story.

I'll probably check the game again after the official release, looking for further updates

Wow, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback!

Only points that were intentional design choices were the Attribute costs for creation/level ups (basically KotOR) and the attack timing of "miss-perfect-good". I thought having a bit of consequence to going for that perfect, but I can see how it may just come off as unintuitive..

For blocking, I don't currently have a "perfect/Good" system, it's just block/miss, but I have been considering making blocks generate Sp instead of the basic combo system, and a perfect/good system would work for that.

Again, I really appreciate your thoughts and think you make some great points. Don't know if I'll be able to tackle them all by next month's update, but should be able to address them all over time. I hope to hear your feedback again in future! (=

Cheers! -Dinmoney
