Hello , I’ve contacted support because I recently noticed an issue with the discoverability of my games on itch.io.

None of the games on my account currently appear to be indexed. They cannot be found through itch.io’s search, and they do not appear in the relevant tag listings, despite my games meeting the requirements for indexing and having their pages properly configured.

What makes this particularly unusual is that this is not limited to my recently published games. One of my older games, originally published in 2022, was previously indexed and discoverable through search and tags, but it is now unindexed as well. This makes me suspect that there may be an account-level indexing issue rather than an issue with an individual game page.  While despite not filling the tax interview, all my games are released in no payment status.

I have checked the relevant settings and confirmed that my games meet the criteria for being indexed. As far as I can tell, there is no obvious reason why all of my games would suddenly become unindexed.

Could you please check whether there is any restriction, indexing issue, or other problem affecting my account and causing my game pages to be excluded from search and tag listings?  I have emailed support 3 days ago and still got no update on the issue.

I would really appreciate it if you could look into this, as it is significantly affecting the discoverability of my games.

Thank you for your time and help.
