I liked the graphics, overall idea and music. Played till the end, nice variety of input/interaction in 3 different levels... I got killed in first level first time, when the... characters (no pun intended or...?) circled all around me and I was not aware I should run away from them. I liked the whole experience.

amazing

Yeah fair play, that was fuckin' cool.

This was absolutely incredible. So unique. So memorable.

The screenwriter in me much approves of the font use of Courier Prime.

The use of asci, the music choices, the blend of 3d and 2d with the surreal psychedelic out of body experience, the narration with death. All great, great stuff.

Can’t believe you made such a polished experience in the timeframe.

Very inspired right now!

Wow...just wow...Really unique artstyle, love the ascii, the writing is cool, I like the effects on everything. It feels like a crazy dream you freak out about and then forget...Good work my dudes

A work of art, amazing!

Insane use of KGLW (I also just discovered they have a CC album!). Short and sweet experience, probably one of the best games I played in the jam.

Submitted(+2)

Amazing experience! Never knew KGLW had a CC4 album wow! The use of filters + ascii graphics is such a good idea too

Very creative game. Absolutely loved the ASCI style. My personal favorite was the bouncy feel of the 2d asci platformer stage. All controls are very self explanatory and feel great. Insane game, best I've reviewed so far!

Submitted(+2)

ASCII art is good and I love how the game is synced to music and it all makes sense, fun narrative game

Also, "GWJ Participation Level: 31"??? Like...? You participated 31 times or you participated on 31st GWJ haha?

I think Maaack put the total jams he and I have participated in–or maybe that’s just his count. I’ve done GWJ a few times (9)–Maaack has done it many, many times. At the top of the Itch.io/jams page it shows you how many jams you’ve joined and submitted. image.png

Absolutely fantastic, the visuals and music fit so well together

Submitted(+2)

Super cool and creative. Well done!

Love the use of ascii art. The shader gave me a massive headache. Interesting idea loosing dimensions on each stage, certainly made it unique. well done

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing and commenting! We should have included an option for the strength of the shader. Noted and sorry for your headache.
