The colours as characters idea is wonderful.. and the game played smooth until all of a sudden i was in an endless void.  The idea that the hero is literally "white" made me cringe a bit, but the physics and colour changes were really enjoyable. Jumping and sliding through was very fun!

Found this quite chilled and relaxing. The movement on the main character is very smooth and the arc on the jumps are well done. The horizontal jumping is an interesting mechanic but tricky, took me a few attempts to get it. I did also fall into the void a few times. Would definitely love to see this one developed further after the jam ends.

A charming laid back platformer with a simple but lovely art style and relaxing sound and music. I haven't yet mastered the horizontal jump but I am sure I will get there. I am going to come back to this one as I think there is more fun to be had from this once I have got to grips with the controls a little more. Really nice.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. Since the horizontal jump originally appeared due to a collision "bug" and I then tried to turn it into an actual featur it's not quite polished yet, but I promise I'll tweak it to make it simpler. It's easier when the bottom of the character touches the wall, then you just have to spam jump.

I can see the artistic direction of the game, and I enjoyed the soothing music, even though the loop was too short. I can see that it is unfinished, but a more developed idea around a COLOR being the main character is very neat!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback on the music; I had planned to do it myself, but in the end, due to a lack of time, I begged a friend of mine who makes music to cook up a little loop for me.

thank you for not binding up to jump, however some people aren't rich enough to afford arrow keys, consider making a second binding to wasd for us poors thank you.

Thanks for feedback! Sorry, I completely forgot about the WASD keys; I promise I'll add them.

Fun little jump and run was fun to read the texts. You probably had fun to write it right right? 255 Shades :D. Anyway the jumping felt good but somtimes the characters was doing a helicopter. What would be the end of the story?

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I really enjoyed writing the text, haha. As for the ending, it's a secret (I'll finish it after the voting).

I was a bit lost on where to go or what to do. It has a cool concept tho! Also holy flashbang in the beginning :D

Developer(+1)

Thanks for the feedback. I know it lacks guidance; I'll sort that out when I finish the game, since there's no ending right now. Sorry about transitions, they're way too bright.

Idea is interesting. Such game could be used to teach people for color theory. Of course for that it should be finished. I hope you gonna continue working on it :)

Developer(+1)

Thanks, you can count on me. 💪

I also ended up getting stuck falling into the void a few times. The controls felt a little awkward at first but the chaotic nature of the movement kind of added to it rather then be detrimental (at least imo), feels like it could be someting interesting when fleshed out more.

Developer

Thanks. If you could tell me roughly where you got stuck, that would help me for when I release the game with an ending (it's unfinished due to a lack of time).

Submitted

I am sure when its finished it will make more sense but it looks like a great idea brewing and controls well. Would like maybe an action button opposed to Down arrow haha.

Developer

Thanks for your feedback.

The game is broken in Safari, but it does work in Chrome. I kept getting stuck or falling into the void. It was super difficult to read the text so I missed some of the instructions at the signs in game.

Really interesting concept! I like the idea, but I kept getting stuck or falling into the void infinitely so I was unable to beat it.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. The game isn't finished yet, so it's impossible to beat it for the time being.
