At first I thought there was a secret area to the left on the first level and try to jump there but got stuck, so I avoided tight spots from there on. On the final level I thought the chickens were friendly, but was betrayed. Nice work!

Well done on entering. As well as everyone else, the collisions made it difficult to play. I got as far as I could. Well done for entering and submitting. If you submit a post jam version I would love to play it

As others did I also struggled a bit and I do not think there is a point in mentioning bugs that were mentioned. I did enjoy the game. Fried chicken made me hungry though. Making this just before uni is amazing and impressive.

Congrats on finishing the game! It’s so hard to make anything and you should be proud.

Yay! I got to the end! But I may have killed all the chickens; they were already fried chicken legs so that makes me feel less bad XDI liked facing the CFK boss at the end; it felt like quitting an awful job! :D
I won't point out bugs that most of the other comments already said; you already know the issues, but I'd like to add that I enjoyed the idea of shooting a bullet and getting it to bounce back to you to get a boost. That was neat!

Unfortunately too many softlocks at the very beginning of the game made it impossible to experience what you have created beyond a very cursory look and screenshots.

I want to thank all of you here giving feedback, rating the game. We are aware of the not so polished movement in our game.

This game jam was exactly in the right timing before Uni is starting for all the three of us so we took a game jam that's 2 weeks to make something relaxed.

Its not perfect, we are very proud of it of course.

lots of places to softlock, no re-tick on the floor spikes so you can just get stuck on the floor, aiming with the arrow keys is evilmodemaxxing

Like others I also got stuck a lot which is a shame but wont give up, I will give it another go later this week and update my comments and give it a rating.

I won't rate since I also got stuck unfortunately and couldn't get too far. I think maybe your capsule is exactly the needed height, which means some people might get stuck if the floating numbers are just slightly off. It's good to always leave a bit of extra space in tunnels for this reason. In any case, congrats on submitting!

The jump sequence immediately after the first checkpoint has a handful of spots where you can get softlocked. The character is too wide to fall between the gaps and, in some spots, gets completely trapped between two platforms that are placed above one-another.

The capsule collider also makes platforms rather slippery. While it makes getting on the platform (sometimes) more forgiving it also can mean falling off unexpectedly when trying to set up a jump from the edge.

Controls felt very imprecise but with some patience I could get further through the level, a lot of the platforms were placed so you could get stuck in various parts of the map with the only option being to kill yourself to continue. It felt marginally better using a controller (I was curious if it'd workk so tried) but there was no mapping for shoot.

Interesting concept, I think it has potential but unfortunately I kept getting stuck, it seems the character's collider was slightly too large. Movement also felt a little awkward. Stil great enjoy, and enjoyed playing it!

I got stuck between blocks and could no longer move. I think it would make the controls less awkward if the space bar was used for shoot instead of `left + shift`. I think you have a good start, just have to fix the getting stuck between blocks!

Character stuck between platforms in tutorial, and could not exit it. Shooting up or down can be done only with arrows, but not W or S? :D But, at least it's nice foundation for platformer :)

I got through it cool little game. The idea with shooting yourself in the leg to jump higher is a cool twist. Healthbars would go a long way. Did you made the art for the persons? The boss looked mega swag :D

I couldn't really control the moving so i just got stuck and i tried using a controller and that didn't work either, Ill have to give it another go when i have a tiny bit more time

Movement was rather difficult. I did manage to somehow get myself stuck between platforms somehow, unable to jump out. The bullets bouncing back for a boost is a neat mechanic. Good Job!
