We expect many participants to be Japanese speakers, so having an option to switch languages in your game would be helpful, but an English-only game is perfectly fine too.
If you’d like to include a Japanese translation, tools such as Google Translate, DeepL, or ChatGPT could be useful.
If you use generative AI for translation, please follow itch.io’s guidelines and accurately tag your project using the “AI Disclosure” section on your project’s edit page.
